To start, Gary gave us a fair & detailed estimate to repair/replace trim and paint all including garage doors. Their estimate was in the middle of four. We also changed the trim color from white to taupe. From the first day, the very professional crew showed up on time and ready to work. The end result was excellent!
(We love the new color).

Quick response to quote request and we were able to have them come out fairly quickly to assess our home. Work was done well and quickly, they were also able to accommodate our request to add on garage painting which also required a priming coat.

From initial meeting/friendly & on time, thorough estimate, timely scheduling, experienced & professional crew, results were right on. Painted our whole house, doors, window sills, walls, etc - Excellent work & outcome. Also had roof replaced, shingles delivered & installed in a 1-2 punch.

Very pleased with the work replacing and painting siding on back addition. They arrived right on time and were efficient and friendly. The cost was significantly lower than the estimate from the other siding company we consulted. Work was done much more quickly than expected--they said it would take several days, but they finished in one day. The two corner trim pieces were initially painted the wrong color, but when alerted, they immediately came and repainted them with no problem.

We also asked them to do an unusual cosmetic repair involving some old siding on the front of the house that required a creative solution. When I wasn't thrilled with the initial result, they had someone come out right away and do some specialized/carpentry work, and now it looks much better and we are satisfied.

I have been using Gary and team for many years. I have used 21st Century on my primary residences as well as my rental properties. I have used them for roofing, painting and some minor remodel work. They are detail oriented, always clean up very well, and the quality of work exceeds expectations. They are also masters at drywall repair. Gary and team are knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

From initial contact to quote and to final payment with the office, I always get excellent service. If you want the job done right, use 21st Century. I don't take the time to write many reviews, and I am very particular, so this is high praise! Thanks 21st Century for being consistently reliable!

I highly recommend this painting company. They were prompt and courteous. The price was very reasonable, not the lowest or highest quote we received. The painters completed the job in less time than anticipated. We had our downstairs living area painted and we love it!

This company did an exceptional job!! They are friendly and timely. They did the job right the first time around. We didn't have to go around pointing out things that needed correct! Well done guys!

Professional,on time, and absolutely beautiful work. Done by the book, which I like. Got the proper permit and finished without cutting corners. This is a top shelf company. My sister used them too and that's why I contracted them. I highly recommend this company.

We used 21st Century Painting to paint the exterior trim of our house. They did such an excellent job! I was not only impressed with their attention to detail but their pricing is very competitive. We received three quotes for the same scope of work and 21st Century was the clear winner with their detailed list of what they offered as well as high quality paint. Danny was the main guy on our job, and really did any outstanding job. The crew was clean, respectful and even all our neighbors commented on how great the workers were. Very impressed, and highly recommend their services.

They were prompt to come give me and estimate, and quick to schedule and complete the work. Questions were answered before I had to ask them. Upgrades were suggested with the reasons why, and were still within my budget. I'm very happy with the results.

I have contracted with 21st Century Paint to almost completely paint the interior of my home, replace the roof on my home, and stain my deck. They have also completed an entire interior and exterior job on a commercial property of mine. I have returned back to use them over and over again because of their professionalism and job quality. Mike Loar who does their estimates is punctual with visits and quick to respond. I do highly recommend their services for both painting and roofing, and I will contract with them again should I ever need painting, sheetrocking, or roofing.

Professional customer service provided by Gary and his crew (Hector and Claudio). Gary helped my wife and I get the exact colors we were looking for. With his years of experiences in this business he could answer any questions we had. (We had a lot!) Very competitive pricing. We had 3 quotes done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trim work or painting services for their home.

The lead painter has been with the company for a long time. The job took two days and he always showed up on time. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well before leaving.

A few months after buying our home, there was a bad rainstorm with winds and it caused leakage from the roof into our living room (Oct 2015). Long story short, the house was leaking in a weird location due to a previous addition. Specialized equipment was needed to identify the leak and we were at the mercy of waiting for bad weather between inspecting the roofing and chimney cap repairs. Ultimately, it took a few attempts to fully resolve the problem but 21st Century was always very fair in charging us, as well as respecting their warranty.

I felt like they made our home a priority to come back and repeatively inspect it for new leaks over the course of several months. They also did an excellent job with the interior painting and repair of the ceiling. Therefore, when we sustained significant roof damage with Harvey, using 21st Century again for complete roof replacement was a no brainer! They do excellent work, are professional and trustworthy.

Stellar Customer Service and stellar work. Fast, courteous and house looks brand new! Would definitely recommend 21st Century!

The crews at 21st Century did an excellent job. We had some repair work necessary on the roof line due to rats chewing the press board that was used in the original construction. They replaced with hardy board and then painted all of the woodwork on the outside. Then another crew can in to paint three rooms inside. The workers were competent and well trained. IO would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend 21st Century Painting & Roofing to our family and friends! We hired them to paint our entire downstairs and a majority of our upstairs (ceilings included). They were extremely efficient with their time and had the job completed in just two days. We could not have been happier with the service and quality of their work!

I hired 21st Century because my neighbor was really happy with their service. After getting a few quotes for getting my house painted I hired 21st century and they did a phenomenal job. They were very prompt and the house looks brand new.

21st Century Painting was extremely responsive to a last minute quote and work request. They fit our work into their schedule ASAP and ensured we were very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend to homeowners preparing their house for sale.

I highly recommend 21st Century Painting and Roofing. I am very pleased with their work, honesty, and work ethic. We had to wait a few weeks to get in the que of jobs, but once they started the job they were done after a few days of solid work of the team. Our experience was very good and I highly recommend.
