This A/C company is the best around. The CEO, Todd, is friendly, knowledgeable, and was thorough with our A/C installation. Our outdated unit stopped working and we had to invest in a new system. We got quotes from other companies that were nearly double the price, and they did not offer the same level of work. This installation included all new equipment, and everything was replaced. Our A/C is working great now. The installation was quick, and the detailed and quality work makes me very happy.

When all went wrong with the purchase of an HVAC Unit from a Large home improvement store here in Deltona Florida and installed by a contracted HVAC company here also in Deltona Florida we prayed for a HERO to come forward and find out what was causing all the problems with our newly installed 5 ton HVAC system. We were getting sick, had mold damage appearing in the upstairs bedroom and in the garage, had insulation contaminating the house, had code violations that passed the city inspectors visual inspection, and the system was so noisy at night we couldnt sleep.

The air in the house was so uncomfortable, hot in one room and cold in others, but no matter where you were, it was sticky. Finally, after many failed attempts and phone calls to the home improvement store and installer to find and resolve our problems, we searched the net to find the wonderful ratings of Cool Solutions. We called them to set up an appointment for what at the time was a third opinion. Mr. Todd Kirkpatrick showed up and immediately identified City code violation, and what he believed and was later identified as being an oversized HVAC system.

On behalf of us he provided a detailed report that highlighted all the City Code violations and shortcoming of the installation. After his report the battle began. Adjusters, Construction contractors, mold remediators, mold inspector/testing, engineers, and then more contractors. All attempts to discredit Mr. Kirkpatricks report failed miserably. With his reputation on the line he was tenaciously supporting our cause just to make things right.

This kind of person is rare. Though we were not his customer, and he wasnt getting anything monetary from us he provided his valuable time to do what he felt was just for us. He won our hearts. He won me as a life-long customer. Mr. Kirkpatrick, thank you on behalf of my family for your support, and continue fighting for your customers and people like us, and doing whats right.

Todd and family were very professional. Very great work with quality products. Cool Solutions even upgraded my outside unit at no charge so I could get my Duke Energy rebate. They did two of my a/c units and I would recommend them to anyone. Good price too!
