I was very happy with the service I received from your company. The cleaners showed up on time and finished quickly but effectively. My ducts were cleaner than they had ever been, and it smells great now. Thanks for doing a great job!

The kindness of the people who work for Clean Air Pro is amazing. I called the company, mistakenly believing it did AC repair. Tammy went to the trouble of asking the boss, Ben, for recommendations and texted one to me within minutes. I have a disabled child whose seizures intensify with heat, so you can imagine how much I appreciate the gesture.

We just moved into a new home and while everything appeared spotless we just wanted to take precautions and have our air ducts cleaned as my husband does have severe allergies. Lo and behold they found mold and bacteria growth. They recommended installing a UV light to prevent future growth would highly recommend them!

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!

The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

It went really well. Clean Air Houston Pro were very responsive in scheduling, provided an accurate estimate and arrived as scheduled and did the work promptly. They helped with any questions I had and walked me though all the services they did and recommendations to avoid issues in the future. I was very happy with their service and plan to continue to use them for future regular vent cleanings.

My dryer vent needed cleaning and possibly a removal of a bird that I heard chirping in the morning. Since the laundry is located on the 3rd floor, they would've needed to rent a much taller ladder. Instead, the tech gave me his honest opinion of just buying a small scrub to clean the short pipe that leads to the outside, saving me hundreds. Thanks, Ben!

This company is the best!!!! We clean our air duct once a year in the spring due to our allergies, this year I called Clean Air Houston and we were so happy with their work that we decided to use them every year. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and we scheduled an appointment for the same week, the team arrived on time and was very professional and thorough, they cleaned the air ducts and even gave me a few helpful tips about my a/c, they finished pretty quickly and left the house with no mess what so ever. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret calling them!

Absolutely amazing! Amazing customer service! Our daughter was having the worst of allergies and we came to the conclusion air ducts probably needed to be cleaned. Tried getting information and pricing from other companies and always gave me the "go around". Tammy provided cost and numbers and detailed information answered all my questions in a timely manner, no matter how many questions I had. Prices are reasonable and affordable.

Ben and Luis were our techs and they were a absolute pleasure to have work on our home. Ben had recommendations for the concerned allergies my husband and I had. Informed us in detail what needed to be done and what he would be doing. Provided before and afters. Had mold/mildew in the plenum box.

So he took care of that for us and the air ducts. Tammy had already provided pricing in the possibility that would be needed. The air ducts fixed pricing includes the possibility of mold. So we already knew what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises. The house was maintained cleaned throughout the whole process. They will be my permanent company to maintain the air ducts and maintenance for our home.

I will be using them for their other services as well. For any homeowners with any concerns don't waist your time with other companies this is the company for you, you will not be disappointed. Ben and Tammy keep up the amazing customer service and amazing set up you have. It's truly a blessing! Thank you!

CLEAN AIR HOUSTON knows what they are doing! We noticed our allergies being bad, sneezing, coughing more and more lately. We have an infant as well, and noticed their little allergies were not doing well. Decided it's time to investigate, worried about mold and everything else. I called around. Was quoted many prices per vent. Some lower some higher, This company may seem at the higher end yet worth every penny.

From the first phone call I was given thorough details about the process. Their price includes cleaning each vent no matter what is going on inside. Vs others who upcharge for different thingss, So if you have ancient dust build up , mildew or mold in your air ducts it's all the same price here vs many companys that inflate their prices on the spot. These guys spray disinfectant, apply a protective coating to prevent future problems and make sure the ducts are hospital clean.

We added on the additional service of Blower, coil AC cleaning and could not believe what the before pics were like vs the after. Every attention to detail was taken care of. No hidden fees , everything told upfront. I highly reccomend this crew to all reading. Our house is older and has never had a cleaning since we recently bought it or before. This deep clean has made an immediate different in our sinus allergies. They gave tips on maintenance and they also offer carpet cleaning. We plan to call soon for that service. Live your lives with Clean Air Houston Pro! You, your family and guests will thank you!

I had a great experience working with this company. From the easy scheduling to confirming my appointment they were very professional. I have a three story townhouse in Rice Military and their two man team made quick work of my vents and dryer vent. They even let me know the we had a gas leak (called the company ASAP) and gave us a great price on sanitizing the mold on the second floor. They worked around my family and our two dogs and my place instantly felt and smelled clean. Highly recommended, great value!

I found out about them through Groupon. Schedule the appt they came in took care of everything. They brought life back into my carpet. Highly recommend them for any of there service's.

Ben and Luis are awesome!!! They arrived shortly after calling to let me know they were headed our way for a full house cleaning. He explained everything to me about the process and what to expect since our carpet was very soiled. They were able to remove the pet stains and leave us with fresh smelling carpet. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel, Ben and Luis were the technicians that came to my home. Daniel called first to confirm the appointment and was 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which worked out great. The tech came in and did the initial inspection and they walked me through what the office had already told me. Had a great experience from start to finish. They showed me pictures before and after and always kept an open line of communication with me throughout every step of the cleaning process.

They did a very detailed job, taking off every vent and maticulously cleaning each duct. Afterwards they had me do a complete walkthrough to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend clean air Houston pro for your home air duct cleaning service

Excellent customer service! They really addressed all my concerns, and I was really impressed with the duct cleaning service. Thank You.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job on my split system air conditioners. He is a funny guy and we had a pleasant experience dealing with him. Everything is sparkling clean now. Thanks
