Services
Roof Replacement
Our roof replacement service provides durable, weather-resistant solutions using premium materials like IKO, Owens Corning, and GAF shingles. We specialize in architectural shingles for extended lifespan and enhanced curb appeal. Each project includes a thorough inspection, video analysis of existing issues, and precise installation to prevent leaks and structural damage. Ideal for homeowners seeking long-term protection and value.
EPDM Flat Roofs
EPDM flat roofing systems offer a cost-effective, durable solution for low-slope roofs. Our installations use high-quality ethylene propylene diene terpolymer membranes resistant to UV rays, extreme temperatures, and hail damage. This material expands and contracts with seasonal changes, reducing cracks and leaks. Perfect for properties in Albany's harsh winters, ensuring lasting protection with minimal maintenance.
Attic Insulation
Attic insulation services improve energy efficiency and prevent ice dams by maintaining consistent indoor temperatures. We use high-performance blow-in insulation tailored to your home's R-value requirements. Proper insulation reduces HVAC strain, lowers energy bills by up to 40%, and extends roof lifespan. Our team assesses current levels and recommends upgrades to enhance comfort and structural integrity.
Skylights
VELUX-certified skylight installations bring natural light and ventilation to homes. We offer fixed, vented, and smart-controlled options with energy-efficient glazing to minimize heat loss. Our 'No Leak' system ensures secure installation with advanced flashing and sealing. Ideal for improving ambiance and reducing reliance on artificial lighting in spaces like bathrooms, hallways, and living areas.
Emergency Repairs
Emergency roof repair addresses urgent leaks, missing shingles, and storm damage to prevent water intrusion. Our team responds quickly to fix issues like damaged flashing, chimney leaks, and ridge vent failures. Using durable materials and proven techniques, we stop leaks promptly and restore roof integrity, protecting your home from further damage during critical situations.

Alex from home evolution have been great. They replaced my roof four years ago. Alex and his employees were on time and a great job cleaning up when they were done. And they even helped my wife back our out of the garage. A year after the job we had a ice dam. I called Alex and he was at my house a half hour later and helped me out. I would recommend Alex and home evolution to my friends and family. They do great work and have great coustomer service.

I would like to thank Alex for coming out to follow up on our roof repair!!! We had an issue with a leak and he took the time to personally come out, find the cause of the problem, and have it fixed properly. He is a man of integrity who values his customers and stands by his word to make things right! You don't find that kind of ethical behavior much anymore these days. A rare quality which we should support!

Alex, Alex ,Dave, Igor and Ivan were the best. From the estimate, to the office coordination to the actual installation - it was seamless. Alex used the camera on his phone when he got up on the roof and taped all the issues and replayed them for me on his tablet so I did not have to squint to see it. The estimate was detailed and described what exactly needed to be done. Dave, Igor and Ivan (the installers) knew what needed to be done because they had Alex's video and all 3 were VERY knowledgeable about installation and showed me the problems that they were fixing. Above all - everyone was kind and courteous - thanks home evolution.

Fantastic experience with Home Evolution! Our realtor recommended Home Evolution to us (which I always think is a good sign) and I couldn't be happier about the process. Everything about the process was smooth and effortless. The service was outstanding and the guys who worked on our roof did a fantastic job (what hard workers!). They were in and out in a day (3k sqf roof) and the clean up was unbelievable (they cleaned up a bunch of branches and leaves on my driveway -- talk about above and beyond).

And, the roof looks fantastic! Highly recommended!

My neighbor had a new roof and siding installed by Home Evolutions and it looked great, I got their number from a lawn sign after the work was completed. The estimate was equal to or lower than other contractors that had inspected our roof. Igor suggested we contact our ins co as we had severe wind damage, he helped with the claim and met with their adjuster. None of the others companies suggested we do this.

Claim was settled, premium materials and installation completed on time and the work from start to finish was nothing less than outstanding, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

Alex came to our house. Our house is about 17 and half years old. We looked into whether to repair or replace the roof. He gave the advantages to both. And we felt he was happy to go either way. He also made the time to meet convenient to my husband and me. He video taped the roof and showed us what he saw and explained it . We decided to replace. The foreman also was very good and conscientious. And the workers were efficient and polite and did a good job. Very happy with the entire experience.

The initial survey of the existing roof was thorough. Video showed problem areas that needed to be addressed. The delivery of materials and roof replacement were done as scheduled. The cleanup was extraordinary. When the cleanup was done, all that was left was a new roof. We contracted to have seamless gutters installed. That was done the next day. Again, the work was done as scheduled and the cleanup exceptional. We have had heavy rains since the installation with no problems. We are very pleased with the new roof and gutters. We highly recommend Home Evolution.

Our roof was a complex case. They came out and fixed the obvious issue only to have it still leak, turns out there was a hidden issue but no worries they came back out the next day, no long waiting period and worked until it was figured out and fixed right with no additional charge! Highly recommend them!! Also the staff was easy to get along with and made me feel very comfortable around them.
