I had heard about Nicholas Bourgeois' international perspective and generous heart for all cultures, but I had to see it for myself and boy was I happy I did. From across state boarders, he worked with me to find that needle in the haystack that people talk about. There are "natives" and then there are natives. No one I spoke with seemed to be quite as in tune with the Houston market as Nicholas.
It was very clear from working with him, that he has grown up in and with the city of Houston and has made an effort to get to know the ins and outs of the city. Very excited to continue working with Nicholas in the future.

I contacted Kenya whit an urgent request needing to find an apartment in just two days. She gladly met me late on a Saturday afternoon with several properties for me to view. I can honestly say that it felt more like hanging out with a friend than a realtor showing me properties. I was super nervous to make the wrong choice but she did an EXCELLENT job steering me into the right property that is perfect for my lifestyle and will be just as comfortable for my fur babies.

I have worked closely with Kenya on multiple of my moves. Actually ALL my moves! She has been amazing at facilitating the whole process. Between work and life, I had zero time to go apartment hunting on my own, and she took the time to learn what exactly I was looking for (location, sqft, amenities & pricing!) and I very quickly had many options to choose from! On top of that, she goes a step further and goes into every detail not just finding out each complex availability but also informing me of their specials and all fees I will be responsible for to hold the unit, and upon moving date.
I simply cannot imagine apartment hunting/house hunting, anything real estate related without using Kenya. I refer her EVERY chance I get! She is truly one of the best agent I have had the pleasure of working with!

I have been working with Bryson Smith on looking for an apartment. My criteria is not easy to work with as I am looking for something very particular. Bryson is very patient and caring as he continues to search property after property to make sure I get the right one. I never leave reviews and for me to leave one now shows how much appreciation I have for his hard work. Eric was a dream realtor! He is very professional, attentive to detail, and very easy to work with. He really stuck with us through the very frustrating process of relocating to Houston. Immediately after speaking with CJ and hearing her positive energy behind the smile ON THE PHONE she already had my trust. Let me tell you she did not disappoint at all! I told her what I was looking for and that I would be driving to Houston to see places over the weekend then coming back to Austin. (I prepared myself that we would be visiting many locations because I am PICKY) I met CJ at the FIRST location she picked out for me after hearing my list of wants.
You know she is the real deal because I did not leave that first location to even go see anymore. The first location had everything I wanted +MORE still within my budget! My mind was BLOWN! While we were looking at the building and amenities I got to speak with Miss Joiner and let me tell you she went from Miss Joiner to CJ within that short period of time! I left Houston with a new friend! She is so genuine and you can tell she truly loves her job and interacting with others.
I was able to speak with her why I am moving to Houston and becoming an entrepreneur and she knows so many people and believes in networking and shared so much with me!!! She has no idea how much she has calmed my nerves with my big move and I recommend anyone reading this far to just give her a call so that you can get the CJ experience with your new purchase/rental!

Tom IS AMAZING!!! He completely removed all stress that usually accompanies moving 1/2 way across the Country. He took the time to reach out and ask ALL the right questions. In less than 24hrs he had several options that would best meet our needs. Tom was so on point that we actually chose the 1st option he suggested. He was patient, thorough, dedicated, kind, and completely exceeded all our expectations.

I had a great experience working with Nicholas Guidry when shopping for rental properties. He is professional, personable, and prompt in his responses. I reached out to him late in the evening and he responded right away letting me know he would start working on my list a.s.a.p. I sent him a list of features I wanted, and he sent a list of properties the next day. We toured properties and he was patient with all of my questions and he remembered all of the things I wanted; for example, he would point out if an apartment had natural light and compare closets.
It was so hard to decide which property to choose because they were all great options. I had a minor concern with a property and rates, but I let him know what was going on and he handled everything right away. I'm excited about my new place and am happy I found Nicholas to help me.
