Services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential carpet cleaning service utilizes advanced truck-mounted equipment and eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains from NYC homes. Technicians employ hot water extraction methods that meet industry standards while protecting carpet warranties. The process includes pre-treatment of high-traffic areas, thorough cleaning of all fibers, and application of natural deodorizers to eliminate odors.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Designed for NYC businesses, our commercial cleaning service maintains professional environments through efficient, non-disruptive cleaning protocols. We use rapid-drying techniques and low-odor solutions suitable for high-traffic office spaces. The service includes scheduled maintenance plans, after-hours cleaning options, and customized reporting for property managers to ensure consistent quality across commercial properties.
Pet Odor Removal
Our specialized pet odor removal system targets urine crystals and organic stains using enzyme-based cleaners that break down odor-causing compounds. The multi-step process includes deep extraction, pH balancing, and application of odor-neutralizing treatments that remain effective even after repeated pet exposure. This service is safe for pets and children while meeting strict environmental standards.
Area Rug Cleaning
We provide comprehensive cleaning for all rug types including oriental, Persian, and synthetic varieties. The process combines manual and machine cleaning techniques tailored to each rug's material and construction. Services include fiber protection treatments, fringe cleaning, and thorough drying on specialized racks to prevent warping or color bleeding in delicate textiles.
Water Damage Restoration
Our emergency water damage service responds to NYC properties within hours to mitigate flood damage. Using industrial-grade extractors and dehumidifiers, we remove standing water and dry affected areas to prevent mold growth. The process follows IICRC standards for structural drying and includes documentation for insurance claims processing.
