Services
Asphalt Installation
We install new asphalt surfaces for driveways and parking lots using proper grading, excavation, and compaction techniques. Our process ensures long-term durability by addressing drainage needs and using quality materials. Clients receive free consultations to determine project-specific requirements and cost estimates.
Driveway Paving
Our driveway services include complete replacement, resurfacing, and crack repair using industry-approved methods. We handle excavation, grading, and seal coating to extend driveway lifespan while improving property aesthetics and functionality for homeowners.
Parking Lot Repair
We repair commercial parking lots by addressing alligator cracking, potholes, and drainage issues through targeted fixes or full resurfacing. Our solutions enhance safety, prevent vehicle damage, and maintain professional appearances for businesses in Richmond and surrounding areas.
Drainage Solutions
Proper drainage prevents premature pavement failure. We implement grading adjustments, excavation, and underground systems to redirect water away from structures. These solutions protect asphalt integrity and extend surface lifespan for both residential and commercial properties.
Seal Coating
Seal coating protects asphalt from UV damage, water penetration, and chemical spills. We apply high-quality sealants to both new and existing surfaces, helping clients avoid costly repairs while maintaining smooth, attractive pavement for extended periods.

We purchased a home with not the best driveway. We hired Richmond VA Paving to bring it back to life, they did an excellent job! They repaired one corner that was crumbling, filled cracks and sealed everything. We are extremely pleased with how well it turned out, really it looks even better than we imagined. I would also like to add that the customer service was wonderful.

After contacting several paving contractors in the area I know I made the right choice by going with this company. They were very professional, started on time, finished the job when they said they would, clean up after themselves, and the finished project looks wonderful. Thank you and I will be recommending you to anyone that needs asphalt paving.

We just had Richmond VA Paving pave our driveway and it came out wonderfully. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My kids loved watching from the window upstairs they kept waving and knocking on the windows to get the construction workers attention. The construction workers would wave back and it really made their day. I felt the price was great for the size of the driveway and how thick they paved. I have definitely paid more for less quality at other homes I have owned in the past. I will be calling these guys again when its time to seal coat.

Richmond Paving resurfaced our driveway about a month ago and everything still looks great. The crew was in and out super quick and told us how to prevent any marks. Really happy with how it turned out and the price was better than 2 other quotes I got so Im a happy camper.

Very professional and fast service! We called Richmond VA Paving to have someone come look at our parking lot, it had seen better days. They gave us a few options based on budget and how long it would last. We went with repairs and resurfaced. They worked in sections so we could stay open. As a family owned business this was very important to us. Their customer service was amazing, we will definitely be recommending them to fellow RVA business owners.

My neighbor was having their driveway paved by Richmond VA Paving and the owner cut us both a discount to do them both the same day because his crew was there. They knocked them both out back to back the same day and I absolutely love it. Before I had it paved I was constantly trying to kill the weeds that popped up in the gravel plus my kids now have a safe place to ride their bikes. I wish I had it paved when I first moved it, it would have saved a lot of headaches.
