Top Properties Property Management

The idea of having someone move into an investment property that I have considered home for years is taunting and intimidating. I searched and interviewed several property managers, for my home there was no better fit then Top Properties. Ryan addressed my concerns and educated me in ways that left no doubt in my mind that my home would be under great professional care.

Top Properties was hands down was amazing. They were welcoming and warming and to me felt like they were willing to go to any lengths to find me what I was looking for. I have bought a few houses in heavy markets like here, and this Property Management Company was amazing, especially Phalisia she was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts!!!

Top Properties was AMAZING. Ryan walked me through the entire process, answered all questions--often before I realized I even had them--and went well above and beyond to ensure I got the best house that checked all my boxes and at the absolute best price. People still tell me how amazed they are we purchased such a beautiful, premium house at the price we did! Cannot say enough great things about this company--Ryan has a heart of gold and I am so glad to have put my well-deserved trust in him!

TP and their staff are amazing and help me to sleep easy knowing my property is in good hands. They have always addressed any issues immediately. There havent been any issues where I have had to raise an eyebrow. Highly recommend Top Properties!

Ive been using Top Properties to manage my units for almost 5 years. Its great having a company I can rely on to vet and handle my tenants, so I dont have to. Theyve made my life a lot easier. I cant recommend them enough.

Top Properties has been managing my property for a few years now and has taken great care of it. Ryan is easy to get a hold of and answers questions quickly. Our place was only vacant for a few days between tenants and we could not be happier with their service. I would recommend Top Properties to everyone.

The absolute best!!!! I am so impressed by Top Properties personal attention and the speed to which they answer any of my questions and concerns. David is an incredible asset to Top Properties and I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan recently, which helps me understand why this company runs so smoothly at such a high level of integrity.

Top Properties helped us so much with our home search. Finding a great home in Denver was tough but Ryan helped us out all the way through the process. Could not be happier with their service.

We have been utilizing the services of Top Properties since 2015. They have been excellent in securing great tenants and managing the property. Their mananagment fees are reasonable as well as repair and maintenance rates. We have been very pleased with the service we receive and not having to worry about vacancies etc. We highly recommend Top Properties for your property management needs.

My family and I have had the best experience with this rental company. I have been renting for the past ~5 years and this is the best rental company I have every used. Michelle was our property manager and she was extremely personable and reliable. She really went out of her way to make renting the best possible experience. We were late on rent one month and she personally texted me to make sure everything was okay. Seriously, the best company and people!

Steve was absolutely awesome with getting our Rental. Highly recommend Top properties real estate they make the process smooth and easy. Very thankful.

We worked with Michele Sage as our property manager for two years she's professional upbeat and does her job well. She facilitated all business between us and the landlord finding win-win situations for all parties involved. All repairs were done in a timely manner and any communications between the landlord and us exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed our property and working with Michelle. I highly recommend top properties to anyone looking for a nice an affordable place to lease.

We worked with Steve at it was an overall great experience so far! He has made the whole experience feel very personal and made sure we had every single one of our questions answered. You really felt like they cared about you vs. just being another tenant. Would higher recommend using Top Properties!

My experience with Top Properties so far has been outstanding! The move-in process took us a week from start to finish and was hassle free. Steve is wonderful and with the few very small issues weve had hes addressed them and fixed them (sent maintenance, fixed our login for the website etc) within the hour. His responsiveness is unmatched by anyone else weve ever worked with! The rent amount is more then fair and our Townhome was in amazing condition when we moved in. I will continue to rent from them for years to come!

I had a great experience! They are professional and very friendly. The Spriklers are amazing! Ryan did a fantastic Job taking the time to explain how to use the system to suit my busy work schedule.

We had a great experience with Top Properties. David was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had either by phone or email. He made things very easy for us! Very thankful.

My wife and I have been renting with Top Properties for a little while now and I must say working with Lahai has been an absolute pleasure. He is very knowledgeable in this industry and is always there if we need anything. We havent needed to reach out much but when we do Lahai is very responsive and timely in replying back. Anyone looking for a rental is in the right spot if you land in their page and in an even better spot if Lahai is their contact for a property. Cheers to a fantastic job Lahai.

Quite honestly I have nothing but great things to say about Top Properties. From the minute I found my rental everyone has been so kind and gracious. My Property Manager, David, is quick to respond to any issues (questions, maintenance requests, and even neighborhood recommendations) and is very attentive. My rental is kept in great condition thanks to the team at Top Properties. It definitely speaks to a companies character and to the properties they serve.

We just moved in but so far Top Properties has been very helpful throughout the move in process. They are very quick to respond to my many questions and helpful to get things done quickly!

I worked with Michele across a few different real estate matters I've worked on, and she acted professionally, responded promptly, and delivered top quality wrap around care throughout the entire process. I highly suggest working with Top Properties if you're looking for real estate or property management services in the area.
