Excellent security system and service Just got our updated alarm system, way better than the previous one. Joaquin Rubio was the technician that came out last week , im pretty satisfied with the amount of time it took. Aswell as Mr Joaquin Rubio informative explanation over the device, how to operate the wall manually, and helped me through the phone application and setup.

Nathaniel Vitale was an awesome representative! He helped me with all the questions I had. Additionally, he helped me to get the best deal possible. I really enjoyed doing business with Nathaniel. Chris Hanes was the technician who came to install the service. Chris was very helpful. Not only he installed the service, but also he trained my wife and me on how to use the system. Chris also worked hard trying to accommodate my system since one of the doors was missing a sensor. He found the bug in the system and repaired it.

We brought a new house and switched from an alarm company that we had been with for over 20 years. After meeting with Michael, we set up an installation and Christian was sent out. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure the installation was successful. It didn't take long for me to agree to get home security. Armoni started talking, showing me areas that could potentially be a problem, made some suggestions, and I was sold. Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! He was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all of the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to.
