The process sets a foundation for ongoing maintenance while meeting strict quality standards.
Move-In/Out Cleaning

Kitchen cleaning focuses on food preparation areas and appliances. We sanitize countertops, sinks, stovetops, and microwave exteriors while loading dishwashers. Refrigerator cleaning includes interior and exterior surfaces. This service maintains hygiene standards in high-traffic cooking spaces through systematic degreasing and disinfecting processes.
Bathroom Cleaning
Bathroom cleaning targets moisture-prone areas requiring sanitization. Toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors receive specialized attention to remove soap scum and mineral deposits. Floors are mopped with disinfectant solutions while fixtures receive polishing treatment. This service maintains hygienic conditions through targeted cleaning protocols for wet environments.

I schedule a one time clean as I had family coming in last minute. I just got home to my clean place, and all I can say is wow! My place has never looked this amazing! She went so above and beyond, and did things I never would have even thought about. So thank you! I'll definitely be signing up for recurring package.

Ive had my apartment cleaned by Modern Maids a handful of times and will continue to use their services. The customer service provided by Justin is FAST and courteous, which only increases the value of their cleaning service. Theyre also happy to clean with my dog in the apartment. The only issue Ive ever had is that the cleans can be inconsistent. My first cleaning was AMAZING - they arranged my bar cart to look cute and even swept off my outdoor balcony.
It felt like they were going above and beyond my expectations which I loved. The second clean (and each since), while still done well, was done with only the services explicitly listed on the website. Granted, this is what I paid for, but I felt a little let down after the first cleaning. After each clean, some areas are swept or vacuumed better than others, but its always better than how I left it!

They were great! They did WONDERS for our floor, we have grey concrete floors and I just found out they are not actually supposed to be dark grey. It literally changed colors I was in shock. They were SUPER nice and thorough. I loved that they asked me how I felt about the rooms as they were cleaning. They also use non-toxic cleaners so I could leave my dog wandering around the house without a concern. Will hire them again for sure!

Extremely pleased with Maria. I would recommend her to my friends and family! We are busy new parents that don't have time to deep clean as we would like. Modern Maids has been a God send. They do such good work and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend.

Yadira did an amazing job! This was my first time and I was a bit uneasy bc I have never had anyone else in my home that I didnt know. She text me when she got here and made sure I knew she would be okay with my dog. I came home after a 12 hour day to a clean home and happy dog !! I will definitely be booking again! I hope I can request her! Thank you modern maids!!!
