Divorce is not something one looks forward to, but Mr. Longworth was easy to talk to, direct and clear, responded in a timely manner, understanding, dealt with the issues at hand, and was prepared to go further had an agreement not been made. I would recommend the firm!

Daryl was the ad litem attorney on one of our foster children's cases. He did such a great job that a) we were able to adopt that child and b) when we adopted our second child, we personally hired him to represent us. Having worked with several Family Law attorneys over the years, I can tell you - no one cares or is as invested as Daryl is. To say he goes above and beyond to do what's right and fight for his clients is an understatement. Mr. Longworth has been my biggest saving grace. He handled our hostile, uncomfortable family matter with such ease, patience, and compassion. After my very first meeting, I knew he would defend myself, and make the situation more calm. He was honest about outcomes, and didnt make promises he couldn't keep. During mediation Mr. Longworth made me completely comfortable, he explained everything, and truly pushed for what was best for me and my kids. My only regret was that I didnt hire him in the beginning. We will use Mr. Longworth for all our family legal matters.
