It was very easy to set up an appointment. Initially I had stopped by the office of Frisco Maids for a quick talk. I received an email from which I could select date of service once I knew which day would suit me best. The cost quoted was the same as I had received when I stopped by. A few more emails followed with confirmation, terms of service and reminder. Very professional and I like that. One lady came, arriving a bit early after I was forewarned and agreed to this.
She worked extremely hard and the house was left spotless. I had indicated a few surfaces in our living room with precious and fragile items that I preferred to dust myself. My only complaint would be a cleaning product used at least in one bathroom that emitted a very strong smell. Next time I'll offer my own tried and true products and hope that won't cause a problem. I would love to hire Frisco Maids again. They are highly rated for a reason and I'm thrilled that this great company services my part of town.

I've been using Frisco Maids for about 2 years and I highly recommend them. They're professional and all business when they're at your residence. If you have any special needs or requirements, just tell the office before your Frisco Maid comes. And something else that I think is special: If you're happy with the way your maid cleaned up, call it in or email the office and let them know, because that results in a bonus for your maid. Great company!

They sent 2 excellent ladies to clean my 3 bed 2 bath house. Communication was not a problem they spoke and understood English with no issues. This had been an issue for me with other companies. They did the best job Ive had so far and will continue to use them. I had been continually looking for new maids and finally found one Im happy with. Thanks Frisco Maids!!!
