Very reasonable prices for central air conditioning system maintenance tune-ups and small plumbing jobs. The technician and the plumber were both very kind and respectful of my family and my home.

Had a great experience with Gervais. Had to eventually bleed the extraordinary amount of air out of my pipes. Mark was very polite, courteous, and answered all my questions. He answered questions not related to the job which were extremely helpful to assist with my future home renovation plans. I'll certainly be a returning customer.

Needed to get a new furnace. Got a couple of estimates, Ryan from Gervais came up with the best plan for our needs. Replace furnace and water heater with one unit and create a lot of free space where the old unit was installed. The 2 installers, Bobby and River, were the so professional with dealing with my questions concerning the install and maintenance of the unit. Both were very considerate of our house both days of the job.

At the end of the job, they cleaned the cellar better than it was before they started. The office staff was equally as professional. Laureen was always available for questions I had with the paperwork. Had a slight issue after the install on a weekend. I got quick response to my call. The technician, Bianca, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was very thorough checking the system to make sure everything was working fine before leaving for her next call.
