I needed to exchange a pair of pants I bought last year for a wedding that ended up being postponed until this fall due to the pandemic I explained my situation to Jeanne and she was completely understanding. All I needed was a jacket and suit and the process was so incredibly easy. The no obligation/free trial to try on your suit is so simple. It's basically like going to a physical store to try on clothes, but at home. And you just send it back if needed at no charge to you. The price for the value was great too since I knew I wanted to buy and not rent.

I would highly recommend this place for several reasons. My fianc and I initially checked this place out to see if it would be a good fit for our wedding. Our consultation, Julie was more than hospitable, personable, and helpful. The suits are excellent quality at an unbeatable price. During our last fitting we had a chance to meet the owner who not only gave us excellent advice on the fitting my fiancs tux but was also very charming. With 10 premium suits ordered for our groomsmen and 1 tux for our groom we are beyond happy for our choice to come to the groomsman suit.

My husband and I had the BEST experience working with The Groomsman Suit team. The quality and price of the suits were outstanding and the customer service was quick and efficient. We had a short engagement and we were able to get the suits in a matter of a week! The team was also fantastic about exchanging the suits for different sizes. The website is also easy to use and we loved how they gave recommendations for ties, shoes, or socks to pair with the suits. It really helped us visualize the overall look. 5/5 rating. Im generally quite selective when it comes to formal and sportswear. I wear a lot of Boss and Bonobos jackets and honestly believe this is the best $200 suit available. Its similar quality to a lot of suits in the $400-500 range and they fit great. Customer service is also outstanding, which is critical for wedding planning. Dont rentnobody wants to spend $180 for a single use outfit. Use GMS and nobody will be disappointed.

Highly recommend! Had the best experience working with TGS for my wedding! Diana (and all the ladies) was so helpful when it came to colors/style/etc. I appreciate them taking the stress off of that part of the wedding. The suits looked sharp and did not disappoint. A groomsman from our wedding ended up using TGS too for his wedding, along with a few other friends after. Looking forward to trying out the women's suits!

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Great service and super fast! Not to mention great clothes at an affordable price. I worked with Hailey and if she doesn't get a raise for her great customer service, at least give her some vacation time or throw a little sick days in there for her. I would like to share my experience with the Groomsman and their product. The suit was awesome from fit, quality of the material and the customer service we received. My son was getting married and decided instead of renting it would be better for all to purchase a suit. He, the groomsmen and myself all purchased the suit. We all used the same person for alterations who, by the way, used to own a garment shop. She commented on the quality and and the value of the suit. I would highly suggest if youre looking to outfit yourself and the groomsmen, to use these great folks and their company.

After exploring many other options to suit up my groomsmen, I have to say that I am glad I went with The Groomsman Suit! The suits (we ordered jacket, pants, and shoes) look great, fit my guys very well, and the clothing material and build quality are phenomenal. You definitely get more than you pay for! Plus, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Despite her busy schedule in running a company, Diana worked with me personally to make sure my groomsmen and I were taken care of and everything was set in order. I highly recommend TGS!

The customer service at the Groomsman Suit is amazing! From the beginning everyone at the showroom, and customer service were so attentive. We had people that lived in Chicago were able to go in to try on the options and get measured, others from out of town were able to call and answer a few questions and get the perfect fit for them. The pricing is amazing for the quality!

The Groomsman Suit has been great! They fulfilled on their end completely. I had a few fitting issues and I wasn't completely satisfied with my purchase. Diana, the co-owner, personally reached out to me and helped me get a proper fitting tux. She even made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The suits honestly look better than most from rental shops. It was easy to arrange for the whole crew. If it's not a perfect fit, no worries, they will take care of you.

Honestly, the best customer service I have come across. I ran into a little problem and the employees along with the co-founder did any and everything to help resolve the situation. They have a way of making you feel at ease with great patience and calm kind tones no matter who you speak to. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to find a great suit for the special occasion. It is rare to find companies that seem to sincerely care about their customers.
