Grant and Anthony called ahead to see if they could come earlier to get our air conditioning system back on track, which was great for me since they came only two hours after I called the company for their assistance. Grant and Anthony were professional, personable and knowledgeable. They explained every detail of the repair that was needed making sure I understood perfectly. I never felt like they were rushing from one appointment to another. They took their time and I couldnt be happier with their promptness.

We needed to replace our furnace and A/C. We had been using Roland J Downs for annual maintenance and as-needed repairs. The salesman, Brian S., was excellent. He was responsive and prompt. Brian explained all of our options thoroughly and with patience. The installers (AJ, Ethan, and Nick) did a great job. They were professional while at my home and courteous around my children. They explained the installation process and exactly what would be happening. The quality of their work was excellent.

Furnace decided not to work after getting 30 inches of snow. They were able to get us an emergency appointment and had us back up and running in no time!

Everyone we came into contact with, be it on the phone or in person, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The workmanship was exceptional. Ethan & Ray came by, two days after new furnace sale, Saturday morning precisely at 7AM (window was 7-9). Beautiful installation and reconfiguration of 25 yr old furnace. More renovations of exhaust, intakes, and ducting than I thought would be necessary! Impressive new quality clean nice-looking installation. We now have WiFi internet furnace!

Justin and Ben recently installed a new Lennox variable-capacity gas furnace and thermostat in my mom's home. It was an unexpected expense and they were very patient with all the questions, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciated their efficient service and kindness.

Mike and Nick installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for our home and we were very happy. They arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, were very knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all of our questions. They were careful to lay down cloths on the floor not to damage our new kitchen floors as they went in and out of the house. They installed the units, left everything neat and tidy and everything works perfectly. They even were careful not to let our cat out! We could not have been happier with the service they provided.

James, Mike, and Kyle did an outstanding job installing a new furnace, hot water heater and thermostat along with the additional maintenance on the systems. The arrived a few minutes early and worked quickly. While working the team was very communicative as to when water would not be available and other factors relating to system operation during the installations.

On 11/24/20 James installed a new High Efficiency furnace. He covered our carpets and steps (had carpets cleaned 3 weeks ago) and maintained COVID protocols. He swept the area after being done and as usual took all the debris including the old furnace away. He made time to review the completed work and answered every question I had. The furnace was reasonably priced and most importantly Brian made sure we had it installed the next day. Well done team.
