Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Christopher was awesome. My AC went out at the worst time possible. I have a warranties company I use but knew they would not return my call until Tuesday as well as a couple more days to come out and assess. I called Serbice Experts and someone was out within an hour. It was late but he was more worried about us getting back cool. He explained wheat he was doing sad within an hour the house was feeling cool again. Thanks Chris....Happy wife...happy life!!!

Our 2 HVAC systems have been serviced by Service Experts since we bought our NC home, and we also used them in NJ for years. About 6 months ago our older system failed and was so old that it was beyond reasonable repairs. Salesman Billy Brown with assistance from Sales Manager David Lee were extremely helpful in arranging for our purchase and installation of a top notch new system with Lennox equipment, with which we have been completely satisfied.

As luck would have it, our second system now 12 years old just stopped working properly. The Technician from Service Experts came to diagnose immediately and advised that several critical parts of the heating system were in need of replacement. I was carefully shown exactly the basis for the serious and expensive repairs found necessary. Once again, at our request Salesman Billy Brown spent a great deal of time with us along with the Service Technician to formulate the best plan for new system replacement.

The suggested new system proposal was recommended as well by Sales Manager Savid Lee.
Happily, the entire new installation process was able to be started immediately and was completed with perfect results 2 days later. We are very appreciative of Service Experts and their very professional and competent staff.

The whole experience was great William Foti sold me a tankless water heater and he was very informative and Matt Allen did a great job with the installation and went above and beyond . Thank you both

Stefan performed the task of cleaning my dryer and air ducts and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, careful and made a point of showing me before and after results. All the vent grates were cleaned and sanitized. He was courteous and responded to all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Service Experts and Stefan!

I am exceedingly pleased with the HVAC installation performed by Faustino and his partner at Service Experts. My expectations for this job were very high. I wanted them to do quality work due to my familys sensitivity to indoor air allergies. They exceeded my expectations and did a FLAWLESS job. After they completed the work, I needed Service Experts to come back out and replace the air duct boots and sanitize the HVAC vents. Stephen and his partner did outstanding work for this job.

Called in for a service the scheduler was prompt and polite. He assigned Nathan as our service tech. Nathan called in advance and arrived at the time he promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue fixed without delay. Made sure that all of our member savings were applied on the final bill. Awesome job!
