Bee-Kleen provided excellent service and in a very timely manner. I was able to book them for a carpet cleaning from a home I was moving out of within the week. The job they did was very good, and left the carpet in the best condition I've ever seen it. They were early/on time and very courteous. They even helped my husband move a couple of heavy items while we were moving! Just above and beyond service that was not expected but very much appreciated.

The service representative went above and beyond a standard service call. He cleaned the vents and piping from the dryers to the outside. Weve lived in house 20 years so it needed to be done. Very pleased.

They did three carpet cleanings for us as we moved out of houses. Every time the job was done extremely well and the guys were very professional. On the third cleaning there was a very minor issue and the owner, Steve, contacted me and tried to offer way more than I needed to make it right. Really more of a misunderstanding than anything. Highly recommend these guys. Additionally, these were shampoos before we sold the house each time. They were able to get stains out that were caused by children way better than we ever expected and make the carpets look fantastic for sale.

They really pointed out where the troubled spots were and what methods they could use to remove the pet stains. My carpet has needed replaced since we moved in, but with 2 younger kids, we figure we will wait until they are older to do it. In the meantime, I have my carpets professionally cleaned once a year, but they are always still stained and gross. This time I hired Bee-Kleen to come out to clean them, and legitimately my carpet looks amazing! Its the cleanest it has ever been. 95% of the spots that have been there for years (after multiple professional cleanings) are gone, and it looks almost new again. Andrew did an incredible job.

They are my new carpet cleaning company without a doubt!!!

Also, I didnt pay for the extra rotary cleaning, because I figured what was the point (the carpet was trash anyways) but after seeing their results, I now think had I spent the little extra those couple little remaining spots would be gone. Ill be doing that next time for sure!

Steve was great from start to finish. He provided an estimate, patiently agreed to me changing the cleaning date to allow for office renovations, then showed up in time-window promised. He put as much time as was necessary to clean the really bad spots in our old carpeting. It looks great, smells great, and has a bit more bounce underfoot. I highly recommend Bee Kleen.

Steve is on top of making sure you are satisfied that your rugs are clean..The two men who came to clean our rugs were very conscientious, professional, and friendly making sure I was happy with the job they did. I got another bid from a recommended company and was appalled at the high price! We live in the Broadmoor and sometimes, when we get estimates, we get what I call 'the Broadmoor bump"..which means we get charged more. Well, that goes over like a lead balloon for me! I went onto a local neighborhood site for a recommendation and saw that BEE-Clean had rave reviews. Steve was able to come over and give me a very fair bid.

He was able to change times for me (I appreciated the flexibility with this being a move out)..and did a fabulous job! I thank Bee-clean for a fair price, flexibility with time and doing a great job.
