Adrian performed a through checkup on my two systems. He noted two items to watch. First tech to ever notice that the panel breakers were a bit oversized for the air handler and compressor. I am impressed with his through work.

This is my 2nd review of USHAC. I've used them for plumbing and electrical. Very satisfied. This review is for the install of 2 2.5 ton Heatpumps. They were willing to work with me on a price that fit my budget. They helped me secure financing. Their team of installers came and installed the 2 units in a day. They were very thorough.

As for AC service this company is the best I have worked with. Their techs and the office personnel is great. Alex is the best. She cares for the customer, she offers the help and follows up. When she tells you we can not be there for whatever reason she calls you and let you know. Ryan Ellis is an incredible person, he knows his stuff and asks your needs then to move up to talk about what AC unit we would need. Alex thanks for all you do for me.

They had service my AC and finally gave up. Other companies just came and go and charged me an arm and a leg, not fair. Tomorrow they are coming to install a new unit, they recommended Daikin and the warranty and labor for 12 years was a decision maker, but also for Ryan and for Alex. Thank you both. I have yet to see the installation of the new unit. For that, I will write another review. I hope that the installers and installation go smooth.
