From day one, I was impressed with the Dental Hygienist. She explained everything in detail to help me understand additional dental work I may need. I met with the lab tech next. I was very impressed with Andy's knowledge and suggestions that I needed to know and understand. I met with the dentist as well. All in all, I will stay with this Dental Office until I no longer need Dental Work..!! The office crew, (The Great Ladies), are very professional and will figure what plan works best for you!!

I went to Natural Smiles on Lancaster after a less than ideal experience at a different place. I found everyone to be extremely pleasant, helpful and wait times were very minimal. If I needed an adjustment, I would get an appointment right away and wasn't left to suffer through pain or discomfort. I so appreciated Chris the denturist. I felt he listed to my concerns, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and heard.
I felt when I received my dentures everything such as fit, etc., was most like it needed to be and felt more comfortable than I had in months. I would recommend Natural Smiles on Lancaster and am so thankful for all they did! I'm extremely happy with everything they did!!

My experience with Natural Smiles in Salem Oregon has been nothing but POSITIVE. Any dental work gives me uncontrollable anxiety. But, thanks to the wonderful team at this office I was able to get in the office for the prep appointments. The day of my big procedure was smooth and went as planned. I feel so fortunate for finding this team and place to finally move towards semi-permanent dentures.
Something i have put off far too long. The office team, the dental assistances, the Denturist and the Dr have been supportive, patient and everything has gone as predicted from the first moment i walked in their office. If you struggle just getting into the office, I can tell you this is the place to go!!! Thank you to the team at Natural Smile in Salem Oregon!!!

Best place to go by far.... its great location, services are great and they are thorough with there cleanings and also very nice people, make sure you are taken care of. My teeth have never looked cleaner and very affordable. The lady who took care of my teeth was Joanna meas. She is very caring and does everything she can for your teeth. She even got me in the next hour after my appointment ended cause i was a little bit late and my teethe needed a little bit more cleaning, glad i found natural smiles best place to go

I had a bad root canal awhile ago and have been extremely afraid of dental offices. I have been in pain and they got me in super fast and helped me. The staff on the phone was extremely helpful. The dental assistant Cody calmed my nerves and the dentist who did my extraction was extremely patient and kind to me. Even when I was shaking and freaking out Cody kept reassuring me the entire procedure. I'm definitely coming back for a cleaning or any other work I need done. Thanks for helping me out today!
