I hired Scott Dallas to rewrite my service contracts, with amazing results. I am a local photographer, and was in desperate need of some solid advice regarding protecting my intellectual property rights. As a small business owner, copyright law is obviously crucial to my business and frankly, it all seemed a little overwhelming. Scott took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a set of contracts for me (even based on the type of job I was doing!) and offer suggestions about the best way to be fair to both me and my clients. At first I was concerned that clients would balk at the legalese - but on the contrary, not only am I now more professional, I am now better protected and more clear about my copyright policies!

My experience with Scott Dallas has been fantastic. As a small business owner, I knew I needed the support of a business attorney to go through my contracts and agreements I'd always figured would be "good enough", but never got around to it fearing the time and cost.

Scott made everything easy, with a free consultation so he could get to grips with what I was trying to achieve, took my existing agreements away with him, then came back with a comprehensive package of documents I now use with total confidence.

Besides that, he's just a good guy. Talk to him for ten minutes and you'll be reassured he knows exactly what he's talking about. Even better, I now feel like I can say "I'll have my attorney look at it" should the need ever arise. He's now my go to guy for any small business issues or to help me navigate through employment law if I expand in the future.
