The Junkluggers of Chicago NW Suburbs

We had a basement full of items given or left by loved ones. We needed to downsize/ rightsize but didn't want to rent a garbage bin and contribute to a landfill. Junkluggers to the rescue! They respectfully and thoroughly sorted our items (true junk versus items still of some value) and promptly carted it away. We couldn't be happier.

Had a bunch of old furniture, a dead grill and other general junk that needed to go. Junkluggers showed up for an on-site estimate. Pleasantly surprised that it came in less than the phone estimate! The crew were great to deal with and 20 minutes later I had my garage back. Thank you!

Excellent service and a one-stop shop for estate clean out services. What otherwise would have taken separate contractor services took but one. And best of all I didn't have to hire movers to take the furniture to Goodwill where I'd risk having items rejected. Junkluggers assumed that risk.for me. That alone made this the best option. Big kudos. I will definitely hire them for future jobs!

These guys were amazing! Very friendly and upfront. They made my elderly mother feel valued and respected through an otherwise stressful experience of clearing out decades worth of items. My family is so grateful to the guys at Junkluggers and plan to use them again when we have a need.

Refreshing to have a service that does what they say they will do and additional plus is excellent customer service. You know they are good if they ask for a review.

They showed up at the beginning of their time window, they were quick and courteous. Would use them again!

Great customer service and super friendly team! From the appointment booking to the heads up on arrival (and the estimate/cost) everything was polished and professional. I love that the items dont go into a landfill and are either donated or recycled. I had them pick up and old couch, bookcases, and entertainment center and a coffee table (all things I couldnt have disposed of myself). Great company - I highly recommend!

Did a great job. Old piano was quite heavy. They made a fast, clean job of it. Definitely use them in the future

The young men from your company were Very helpful and courteous. When I have Need for more removal , I will Request your Josh and David. They are Outstanding young men.

The entire staff was very professional and great to work with. From the owner on down, a first rate company that understands customer service. I would highly recommend them.

My request was addressed immediately. The three young men introduced themselves and got to work. Each was courteous and professional. This is a newly established business. I'll be using them again. Happy to recommend them.
