Because of a scheduling conflict, we needed movers scheduled within 10 days. This was virtually impossible, but Shannon managed to find a cancellation slot for us and a group of 4 guys to make sure everything would go smoothly. We had two storage units full of appliances, furniture, media, and other things that needed to go into our new home. It took less than half a day for Chris and the rest of the crew to load everything on to one truck, gently guide everything into the new house, and wish us well for the weekend. This is my third move in two years, and although I hope I don't have to do it again any time soon, Road Haugs will be the first call we make when we're ready to move again!

I am rarely pleased by customer service these days, and it was so refreshing to work with this team. They took exceptional care of all of our items, meticulously wrapped everything, and were energetic and cheerful. I'm glad we paid the expense to have someone move for us, but I'm thrilled that I chose the right company to move us.

This company was absolutely fantastic to work with. Shannon handled all our details for the move and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She also was transparent about time frames and expectations which was very much appreciated. The moving crew was great as well. They showed up on time, went over everything immediately and began loading. The crew worked diligently and quickly. We were very impressed with how much they were able to get done for our move. We would highly recommend this moving company to anyone looking.

Great experience from start to finish. Quickly responded with a very reasonable quote to move a Baby Grand Piano up to the mountains. Were flexible with scheduling, and arrived on time. Very professionally packed and loaded the piano in no time, and quickly unloaded at the destination. Extra care was taken on reassembly, even handling a minor repair.

Anthony, Sam and Tony were fantastic! The were prompt and worked very diligently, even finishing earlier than original estimate. They were courteous and extremely careful when moving large items through the house. Overall great experience from quoting to the actual move. Would definitely recommend!

We called Wednesday morning looking for help unloading our UHaul truck. Joe came out the same day right on time and got the truck unloaded and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again!

Moving is stressful and exhausting. Packing your home and organizing the mountain of boxes is overwheming. On an scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest, Road Haugs team is a 5+. From the office coordinating my move to the moving team, they are professional, exceptional customer service, prompt, courteous, and fun. I can't thank them enough for their help. You made my experience enjoyable. Keep up doing it right!
