During the recent storms I had water coming in from everywhere. We called and even though they had other customers to see, they came out the next day and assessed the problem. Then 2 days later came back and fixed the problem even though they were extremely busy. They did a great job and being that it rained yesterday on 6/21/21 and I have a dry basement! They did a slight lift, put in French drains, and a pump. I feel safe now. They explained everything, let us know when and how long they would be here, and it was to the hour almost! ARK team just worked on my parents basement in Erie, PA. I am so relieved that I chose them to do the job. They were great bunch of people to work with. Professional, personal, just gave you that warm fuzzy feeling for sure. But more importantly, they did a super, super job on the house. The basement was previously a horrendous mess with cracked walls, water coming in at the base of the foundation, which had been going on for some time, and of course, lots of mold! :-( They put in whole internal drainage system, two new submersible pumps, fixed cracks in the wall, killed the mold, and anything else to make it a safe and dry basement like it should've been.

They were prompt, courteous and discussed job and what was necessary. All workers were friendly & diligent and completion of tasks. Returned to clean up job site and return moved appliances to proper place. Insured they were working properly before leaving. Daughter who reviewed whole process was well pleased.

No more wet basement woohoo i never seen a crew that worked so hard, I dont think they stopped for lunch. I will let ya know there will be dust just cover up your stuff, they also will cover it up kinda like double protection,what i really liked they are a family owned buisness, one of the owners would stop everyday to ck on the process, and the workers are not sub contractors and worked like a well oiled machine, We got them pizza on the last day kinda felt bad for them its is a hard dirty job, thanks guys for your hard work, Mike give the guys a raise
