Our project started in August 2020, when we selected Karoly Windows and Doors, after meeting with 4 area vendors. We decided to replace all 13 windows and 3 doors with a high impact resistant product for our home. We decided on Simonton StormBreaker Plus Windows and BHI pre-hung doors. All windows and doors were installed on January 5th and 6th by a team of installers who were amazing. The team arrived by 7 AM and worked until 7 PM that night.

They finished the next morning by noon. The installers were cordial, respectful and clean. They became part of our family by the projects end. The end result is amazing. We are absolutely happy with our new windows and doors. They look and operate great. I would highly recommend Simonton Windows and BHI Doors if you are considering a similar project. Had a great experience with Karoly. He was recommended by a co-worker. I ordered right before all the fun started with Corona virus. The order was delayed by a couple weeks due to the stay at home orders. The office ladies kept me in the loop and were always helpful. The actual installation was highly efficient. I had 19 windows and 3 doors replaced and they were complete with the work in exactly 2 days.

The workers were extremely professional, did a great job on the install, and cleaned any mess that they made which was very little. The windows look great ( I got the Simonton Stormbreaker) and couldn't be happier with the service and price. Absolutely highly recommend.

they were very communicative and let us know every step of the way. I live in Michigan and they were replacing a slider at my condo in Florida. I came in town the week of the install and when the installers arrived, they reported that the track arrrived damaged.......they went and (thankfully) had a replacement at the office so the install was delayed a few hours but the installers worked until 7:30 pm to make sure the job got done correctly without any issues. Much appreciated!

We live out of state but wanted high wind windows for our new vacation home. I first emailed measurements and they gave me a quote. Then Karoly himself came out for the final measurements and we ordered the windows. We planned ahead flights back to Florida for the job and it went great. In one day all 7 windows were done. The next day Karoly scheduled the City Inspection and each window was inspected and it passed. Very professional along the way keeping us informed and very happy with our new windows.
