After purchasing my house in 2013, I called Butler 2 or 3 times for basic routine maintenance. (Being new to the area, I knew nothing about Butler - I just called the number on the sticker on my furnace, which was 17+ years old!)

Fast forward to January, 2019....I called on a Monday because my furnace was acting up. Scott was there Tuesday morning and let me know what would be needed to get it up to speed.
