Not only did they come within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue with my furnace, they were were also able to schedule an install for less than 48 hours.
Steve and Gary got the job done in a few short hours, cleaned up their work space, and were on their way. The best description I have for this experience is quick and painless.

Mike and Jeff from Kirkwood Heating showed up right on time and set about installing my new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were both professional and efficient. It took about a 1/2 day but they cleaned up after themselves and left me with beautiful new HVAC system. I'm very pleased, and my home is nice and toasty.

I would HIGHLY recommend this local company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We live in Florida and purchased a condo in Kirkwood which had a recently installed HVAC system. However, it turned out that the system was incorrectly installed making it nearly impossible to change the filter. The installing company refused to fix the problem, and another wanted an exorbitant amount to correct it.
Gary, from Kirkwood Heating, came out and figured out a solution in short order - and at a fraction of the cost. The work was done quickly and neatly, and the filter can now be easily changed. Good job!

Always a quick response! Very polite and knowledgeable. Great value. Chris seems to be "our" heating and cooling guy, he's the one that always comes to our house. We do schedule maintenance spring and fall. Three (?) years ago after our check, (one of the VERY hot summers) our upstairs AC had problems, they checked it, had leak and was low on freon. It was "fixed" to work for that day/night. A new one was put in the next day, if not, the next. They don't try to push anything or sell you more than you need.
