Highly recommend Peters! Steve Teson made me feel like family, explained everything very thoroughly made me feel very comfortable. Love it! We have used them for years. Best people ever. They know us all by name and they already know where to go when they come. Shows you how much we like them Eh? When you call they are super nice. They come out very quickly and will stay until they can fix or have a very good idea of whats wrong.

Steve came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. They were thousands of dollars less than Aire Serv and didnt send out a salesman to try to sell me a system. The installers were great as well. They explained my new system to me and told me what everything was. Got a heat pump and furnace installed in 1 1/2 days!Definitely recommend Peters Heating and Air!

We came home to no air at all and tried to troubleshoot it to the best of our knowledge! Going over night with three small children wasnt really an option so we called and they had someone out within the hour (9:30 pm)! Fast and so friendly!

We had an old unit and had to call every season winter was around the corner. They were always great and gave us preventive tips so they wouldn't need to come out which we appreciated. Ours finally broke down and we got a new one through them. Would never think to use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Peters Heating & Air Conditioning, Columbia, MO completed installation in our home of an Amana high efficiency heating & air conditioning system with Ecobee thermostat as replacement for one of our existing HVAC units. This particular system was recommended by Mr. Steve Teson, Service Manager at Peters. I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Jeff Cotten who led the installation crew. Installation went smoothly and on schedule, and the new system works beautifully--controlling both temperature and humidity in our home. Mr. Cotten was especially helpful in helping my wife and me to understand the capabilities and value of the Ecobee thermostat that brings additional energy saving features as well as an ability to remotely control temperature. A big Thank You to the entire Peters team for a job well done!
