Eugene is very professional and cut a duplicates key to perfection on the first try. It is worth having someone come to your home. I had tried taking my key and vehicle to a store yesterday who said the key was in and that they would put my name on it. An hour later I showed up. No key in sight. In fact no key at all. I had driven 30 Mike's round trip and wanted an hour of my day not including calling in the order. I paid a little more to have the key made on site.

Eugene from J&M Locksmith was fantastic! He graciously accommodated my last minute appointment reschedule due to an issue I had with my front door lock. As others have stated, he was right on time, very professional and helpful. He completed the work quickly and correctly. He is now my ""go-to guy"" for all of my locksmith needs. Kudos and excellent job Eugene!

This company is hands down the best in town! The service is fast, courteous and most importantly professional. I have used this service numerous times. They have re- keyed my vehicle, changed my locks and opened the company safe in an emergency. Additionally they opened and re-keyed my mailbox when I left my key in another city. Eugene is an expert at his profession and he treats you like family. Lastly, his price is very competitive, so dont waste your time calling around. J&M Locksmith is the answer to opening anything that you cant get into.

Ive had to use J&M Locksmith twice - the first time, I had locked my keys in the car and the second time (today), I broke my key off in the ignition. Both times, they arrived promptly and had my issue taken care of quickly. I felt completely comfortable in their presence, which is important to me as a woman. Both times, I ended up paying less than I was anticipating. I consider myself a loyal customer now and highly recommend.

We managed to lock ourselves out of our house in the middle of a hot day with our kids and dog. Eugene showed up within 15 minutes of our call. He was able to get us in the house quickly and ended up repairing two other lock issue we had been having that we had been told could not be fixed. His knowledge of lock repair was incredible. We highly recommend J&M.

This guy is the real deal. I needed a new key fob that required programming. I experienced dealership quality and professionalism with the convenience of a mobile business. If youre in the Atlanta area this should be your first choice for a locksmith.
