These folks are five-star company! We came to a home with a very neglected pool. We searched reviews and found them. They are great about letting us know when they will be back to do tasks. They actually taught us ways to take care of our pool without using a pool company. (i.e them!) We will use them to open and close our pool from now on!

This is a true family business that offers a warm welcome every time you work with them. My wife and I sometimes have a hard time understanding what needs to be done and when with maintaining our pool. I know I can always give a call to their office, and they will do everything they can to help me and make sure I understand what I am doing.

Carolina Pool Builders installed our pool in 2003, they did a great job at the time and our pool has been problem free since then other than a replacement liner at 10 years just as Mark had told us was its life expectancy. They came out 4 years ago and did an awesome job of replacing the liner. They were on time, measured & ordered the liner, came back when they said they would, new liner fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

We LOVE CPB!! Mark built our pool 9 years ago and we have been extremely happy. Any time I have needed anything, they have been there to help. Brianna is a bright spot at the store and always smiling! Stephen is on my speed dial and quick to help me when I call. They are all great to work with! But just remember that weather is in control of pool building so have realistic expectations when you plan a pool.
