Chris did an excellent job and was available 24/7 for any and all questions, which were numerous as this was an unexpected expenditure. Chris was very knowledgeable, responsive and represented Rodas and its products very well. We found all Rodas employees to be professional and would highly recommend working with them again for our construction needs.

We recently used Rodas Construction to replace our roof and were extremely satisfied with the results. After meeting with a number of roofing contractors and doing lots of homework we choose Rodas Construction because its a local company, they offer a great warranty, they received many great reviews. Chris Holland, the General Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. We had several contractors tell us that our insurance company is notorious for denying storm damage claims, but Chris reassured us that hed help up navigate the process and felt that we had a very good chance they would cover it based on the damage he had noted. Chris did all he could to provide our insurance with everything they requested. We were overjoyed when they agreed to pay for a brand new roof. Thank you Chris!!! Were so glad we decided to use Rodas for this major home improvement.

Steve Lineberry and the Rodas Construction crew did a fabulous job with our recent deck replacement project . Steve came out, assessed the situation,added some design suggestions and promptly responded with a fair estimate. Once agreed upon, the crew started on time, finished in a timely manner and left the property in better condition than they found it. We are very pleased and recommend Rodas highly!

I invited four different companies to look at my roof and give me quotes. Only three returned quotes. One of them was overpriced (wanted to add an entire extra layer of plywood, refused to consider job without it), one was from someone who never climbed up on the roof and seemed desperate to get me to sign-up immediately. Only Rodas Construction's Chris Holland was able to come, inspect my roof, get me a timely quote and follow-through with me months later when I'd finished reviewing my options.
Work was done very quickly (7am to 1pm). Clean-up was good, a few missed items. No damage to plants, gardens, equipment, etc. Roof looks great. Even when an error was made (gutters were removed when only the gutter guards were supposed to be), Chris made sure I had new gutters 24 hours later, and no extra charge. Absolutely recommend at least giving them a call if you are considering a roof.

I found that I had a small leak in my roof. After researching roof repair companies I chose Rodas because of the reviews that I read. Chris came out and looked at my roof. He found that I had a wind damage and Recommended that I file a claim with my insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at at my house and talked with him showed time of the damage. The insurance adjuster agreed and and therefore my insurance replaced my roof.
I would not have thought to call my insurance or file a call my insurance or file a claim so it was very helpful that Chris came out and looked at things and described what the damage was. The roof replacement was scheduled. The team arrived on time and they completed the replacement in one day. The yard was cleaned up well when they were done. I am very pleased with Chris and the roof replacement crew. Chris made this whole situation situation easy to manage. I recommend Rodas for any construction work that you have.

We got an estimate from Chris Holland back in March, but had to postpone our install until November. Not only did Chris stay in good contact with us, he honored our original estimate in spite of price increases in the industry. He and his crew have been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we are excited to work with Rodas on the next phase of our renovation!

No question, Chris was the reason I went with Rodas. Given my work schedule, we could not always connect during business hours. He was still answering the phone to speak with me at dinner time. Worked with me throughout process as I got different estimates and was refreshingly transparent and authentic. Roof installation was solid. Finished it in 8 hours. Everything was clean at the conclusion and roof looks fantastic.
