We follow InterNACHI standards while exceeding minimum requirements by inspecting every accessible component. Clients receive detailed digital reports with photographs by 11:59 PM on inspection day.
Radon Testing
We use state-of-the-art continuous radon monitors to detect radon levels in homes. The testing process involves 48-hour monitoring in the lowest home level, followed by an easy-to-read PDF report detailing results and safety recommendations for homeowners.
Termite Inspections
Our licensed inspectors conduct comprehensive examinations for termite activity and wood-destroying insects. The inspection covers both interior and exterior components, identifying shelter tubes, frass, and conducive conditions while providing NPMA-33 documentation accepted nationwide.
Mold Testing
Certified through IAC2, we perform residential mold testing using advanced equipment and formal protocols. Our services include third-party clearance testing and detailed analysis of indoor air quality concerns across central Indiana.
Well Inspections
We examine visible well components and test water for bacterial contamination including E. coli and total coliform. Our inspections assess pressure tanks, water pressure functionality, and system cycling performance to ensure safe water supply.

This is the only inspection company you need to work with! I really cant rave enough about MC2 inspections, Mike Chamberlain and Jeremy Rodgers.
Mike owns the company, from what Ive gathered, and hes put together an incredible crew of inspectors. The service is friendly, professional, customer centric, and a great value. I hired Jeremy twice while searching for a home and both times I found myself thinking, I didnt know an inspection could be this helpful and this enjoyable. Jeremys knowledge in this space becomes evident the moment you start.
He will point out anything important, make sure you understand why, and even has ideas on remediation. Its a true partnership going through a house with Jeremy. If you need an inspection, call Mike and get it booked. They will not disappoint!

Kaycee and Mike from MC2 Home Inspections were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable through the whole process. They scheduled and performed an inspection within my tight 10 day inspection period. Kaycee was able to describe all the issues with the home in layman's terms and in as much or little detail as I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new or old property.

I am a first time homebuyer that had no idea how a home worked or what to look out for. I worked with Jeremy who not only did a great job thoroughly inspecting the home but also showing me how everything in the house worked from the water lines to the heat. I was beyond impressed with how thorough the inspection was and how much time Jeremy took to educate us with what he was seeing and the problems and positives of the property. That's all I can say about this company and Greg who came out to do a home inspection on a home I am currently trying to buy! He found things I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise (apparently the crawl space was pretty flooded)! He was amazing and did a wonderful job thank you so much and if I ever need another home inspection I will be sure to give y'all a call
