I called and needed a new scooter. And because of my past experiences with Caleb,Paul, Caleb's mother and Mike, after I sold my old Scooty it wasn't even a question as to where I needed to go to get a great ride and excellent service. Within two hours my new Chicago GO 50cc moped was sitting in my driveway. Caleb made it so easy and paperwork was a breeze. Just took it for a first spin and I couldn't wait to call and express my gratitude. I've been going to Scooter stop for my overall maintenance every 500 miles and now I have another reason to recommend them .This family business is a GEM. Thank you all for everything.

My experience with Scooter Stop was awesome! I did a lot of research before buying my first scooter online, and Scooter Stop was the only dealer I could find that sold and shipped reliable scooters from respected brands. I also appreciated how they take the guess work out of figuring out dealer and prep fees by giving you the full price of the scooter up front. The delivery process was way more personable than I expected. Caleb from Scooter Stop delivered my scooter, showed me where everything was and how it worked, and even gave me a crash course on the basics of riding. I really appreciated that. There are a lot of places to buy scooters online, but I'd imagine it would be hard to match the personal touch Scooter Stop offers. Highly recommended!

Great service and friendly staff! Caleb helped me pick out the scooter that was best for my needs, and I love it! I also love that they will come out and pick up the scooter when it needs servicing. Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend Scooter Stop to everyone!

Not only did Caleb help me over the phone but also was helpful in person as well as kind and friendly! Definitely a 1 stop scooter store. And open on Mondays which is hard to find cycle parts!! Cant say thank you enough guys!!!
