Hvac Speicialists installed the Dailkin Aurora unit in my daughters house about 9 months ago. This unit is far superior than the Mitsubishi or Fujitsu comparable units. Today ,their service technician came out to do the annual service tune up. He was extremely knowledgeable , efficient, informative and thorough . It has been a pleasure to deal with this honest, reasonably priced, and available contractor. They are a keeper

Steve is knowledgeable, personable and extremely thorough. We had a carbon monoxide leak and he was extremely thorough in his research (more so than others we had to inspect the same issue). There were a few hiccups with uninstalling and reinstalling, but he was diligent in remedying them. Would recommend this team as solid professionals.
