Services
Water Damage Restoration
Our water damage restoration service addresses emergencies from leaks, floods, or sewage backups. Using industrial-grade extraction equipment and thermal imaging, we remove standing water and moisture from structures. Technicians dry affected areas with HEPA-filtered air movers to prevent mold growth while documenting the process for insurance claims.
Mold Remediation
Professional mold remediation includes containment with negative air pressure, HEPA vacuuming, and antimicrobial treatments. We identify moisture sources using moisture meters and thermal cameras, then remove contaminated materials like drywall. Post-remediation air quality testing ensures complete spore elimination while preserving structural integrity.
Fire Damage Cleanup
Fire damage services involve soot removal, odor elimination with hydroxyl generators, and structural drying. Our team boards up damaged openings, cleans contents with specialized solvents, and restores electrical systems. We coordinate with insurance providers to streamline repairs while prioritizing safety during hazardous material handling.
Content Restoration
We inventory and pack-out damaged items for off-site restoration in climate-controlled facilities. Electronics undergo ultrasonic cleaning while documents receive freeze-drying. Textiles get ozone chamber deodorization, and furniture undergoes media blasting. Secure storage maintains chain-of-custody documentation for insurance purposes.
Moisture Control
Moisture control services install 20-mil vapor barriers and drainage mats in crawl spaces. Sump pumps with battery backups remove intruding water while dehumidifiers maintain optimal humidity. We seal vents and apply antimicrobial coatings to prevent mold recurrence, improving indoor air quality and structural longevity.

I called 911 restoration in Concord 3 nights ago to take care of the water damage I had due to water heaters pipe burst. They were there within 30 minutes, and gone within an hour, after extracting all the water and placing their drying machines. I am now 4 days after the incident - my house id dry, the insurance company is happy, and my family is extremely satisfied. Outstanding service.

Oran and his crew took such good care of me. I rarely write reviews, but this company warrants a five star PLUS review! I can't say enough positive comments about this company. They were puntual and took care of my problem to my total satisfaction. They are so amazing. I had some leaking pipes underneath my home and it was a disaster! They covered everything that was necessary to cover inside my house to avoid a mess and I will recommend them to my friends and not hesitate to call on them again. Oran and his crew and the office are top notch - all of them!

Had a sewage leak in my crawlspace, which apparently ran for few weeks. The guys at Reactic Restoration did not hesitate to jump in there, extract all residue, sanitize and prepare the area for a plumber to go in and fix the pipe. In one day. Highly appreciate the work and dealing with such project.

The team that worked to remediate our mold was thoroughly professional. They were very careful not to remove any wood or dry wall that could be sanded, treated, bleached and sealed. They worked quickly and complete the job ahead of what they had anticipated. They were very communicative. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.
