'Above and beyond' are the immediate words that come to mind. I recently had two deaths in the family and I sent Kelli's large snack baskets. Kelli went out of her way to ensure that my packages were delivered on time and with a personalized touch. She is communicative, easy to use and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Kelli is absolutely wonderful! She's professional, creative, and efficient. She incorporated our logo into the ribbon and signage to make it more personal and professional. She was able to complete the order quickly too. I would highly recommend her business!

I've had the good fortune to be both a customer and recipient of Kelli's Gift Baskets. She's organized, creative and helpful. She can customize any gift basket you'd like at the price point you provide and get it sent out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for any sort of gifting scenario: housewarming, condolence, gratitude, holidays, birthdays, etc.

The best gift buying experience! The doctor's order basket was so appropriate to celebrate admission to medical school but became absolutely perfect when it was customized to also celebrate a birthday. The treats all looked adorable. Most outstanding was Kelli's personal attention to customer service. After placing my online order, she followed up by phone to address my questions. Above all, given a short amount of time to execute the order, she made certain that it arrived on time! Exceptional service!

We ordered Kelli's Gift Baskets as Christmas gifts for our agents and all I can say is WOW! We received so many amazing comments from our agents about how beautiful the decorative boxes were as well as how thoughtful, the quality, quantity and creativity of each item that was included ~ every item was carefully selected and truly reflected the taste of Kentucky we wanted to share with our agents!
The personal touches that Kelli adds such as a ribbon with our company logo added that special touch we were looking for! Not only were the gift boxes stunning but Kelli's customer service is incredible! Fast, friendly, and professional! She truly goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a unique, personalized gift to send clients, employees or even family and friends for any occasion- look no further! If I could give Kelli 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend! Kelli's Gift Baskets will brighten anyones day!

I called Kelli from Maine, needing a gift for my father for Father's Day. I spoke to her and she was so kind and patient when I had no idea what to send him. He does like snacks though and she made the most perfect and beautiful basket. It was delivered on Fathers Day as promised and I happened to be FaceTiming him when he got a knock on the door. He was absolutely thrilled with it! Thank you so much Kelli!
I will absolutely use you again! 5 stars! Woooohooo! Update from my Dad! FYI, the gift box was prepared with really good products that were fresh and tasty. Sometimes companies that do that kind of service cut corners. Then you wind up with stale or outdated products. Just wanted you to know that this one was worth remembering and you can feel comfortable using them again for whatever occurrence. Smoked Gouda was especially good.
