Rhymes did a great job troubleshooting, quoting, and installing our new AC and furnace. They were able to get a tech, Adam, dispatched quickly to provide a diagnosis. Steve did a great job providing us options and scheduling our installation the same week. Ron and Matt very quickly installed the new unit which we're very happy with. It looks extremely professional and they answered all my questions. I'd definitely recommend using Rhymes.

The folks at Rhymes were very professional, yet personable. They got to me quickly, found my problem quickly, and fixed it quickly. While I gave them a perfect opportunity to overcharge me, they were extremely reasonable in their charge; much less than I expected. I can not recommend them highly enough! Service: Repair HVAC

We have worked with Rhymes Heating and Cooling for many years and are always pleased with their service. This time our furnace had gone out, just before Christmas. However we had many of our adult children returning home for the holidays (we have six). But with the weather turning colder needed it replaced fast. We paid a small fee to make that happen but were so pleased they were able to accommodate our needs before the holiday. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated a working furnace during this cold snap!

Darren (office staff) called to set up an appointment bright and early. A cheerful voice first thing in the morning was welcomed. Adam (the technician) was on time as promised. From my last two experiences with technicians providing a different kind of service, was not too pleasing. However, Adam was excellent and personable. He even expressed empathy for my deceased wife from cancer 5 months ago.

He's welcomed in my home at any time. Plus he was honest about the failure of my furnace not heating properly. Rhymes Heating and Cooling will be my go to company in the future. Great job Rhymes Heating and Cooling!

They came out quickly and the initial install was started within 3 days of signing a contract. They were quick and professional. Bad weather prevented the AC install from being completed, but since it was in the middle of winter we didn't really mind. Once the weather cleared they came back out and finished the job. I would not hesitate to call them again.
