Spartan Plumbing is very responsive. My air conditioner was not working and I submitted a request for service on line. I called to follow up and the staff person said that they were going to try to get out that afternoon. As I patiently waited, I received a call that the tech would be there in about 30 minutes. They were right on time and Matthew had my air conditioner fixed in 10 minutes. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Please give him a raise! I will always use Spartan for my services. I will continue to be a loyal Spartan customer.

We have been Spartan customers for many, many years, and we have always been satisfied with their work. Recently, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink on a Friday night; I called the night number and received a response within minutes. The problem was tentatively diagnosed over the phone, and a technician came to the house on Saturday morning. The problem was found to be a leaking garbage disposal, and it was replaced and repaired by 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning at a reasonable cost. The personnel are extremely competent and very pleasant; on this occasion, we want to praise David, Dave, and receptionist Wendy for their professionalism and swift action.
