Jen and Johnny were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and explained everything going on in great detail. They checked everything thoroughly. Their attitude is very upbeat and friendly. Their attention to detail is top notch. I had a lot of trouble with my A/C unit for several years and worked with a few different companies. By far, working with Parish Cooling and Heating has been the best experience. Since my new unit has been installed, they have followed up to make sure everything is satisfactory. Excellent customer service.
