This place is amazing! Sean from Lakewood Exterminating was so experienced and professional. I had an ant problem and he came out within a week and sprayed outside. For a couple of weeks there were no ants in the house, but we did see some in the house a couple of weeks later. I called and Sean came out the next day, sprayed again, inside and out for no charge. I received a call from his office today making sure everything was good. They are fantastic! Plus, I love local businesses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Shawn was great. We spoke on the phone while I was looking into various pest control companies. I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions/concerns. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly that also fit my schedule. He texted when he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. Shawn and his tech, Joe, were amazing. I originally called another larger company who couldn't provide services in a timely manner. It was a rodent emergency as my baby son was exposed to a dangerous and unhealthy situation. Shawn and Joe came out immediately and addressed the problem. They were available and provided excellent service, even checked up with me while I was on vacation. The problem was addressed and abated. I would recommend them to anyone, and will hire them again if need be.

Shawn was on time, professional, clear about cost, and did a thorough evaluation and treatment. We had just moved in to our house and having found mice droppings in the kitchen, he made sure things were sealed up, left traps, offered a maintenance plan, but didn't push, let us know what he thought. I contacted Shawn (the owner) and he promptly returned my call. We was able to come to our home within a day and took care of our ant problem. He followed up a day later to see if the ants were still an issue.
