Mold Remediation
Our comprehensive mold remediation process includes inspection, containment, removal, and restoration. Technicians use moisture meters and humidity gauges to identify moisture sources, contain affected areas, and eliminate mold using commercial-grade solutions. We follow up with post-remediation testing to ensure complete mold elimination and safe living conditions.
Mold Testing
We offer three testing methods: air sampling, surface swabbing, and bulk material analysis. Our lab-certified testing identifies mold species, concentration levels, and contamination locations. This scientific approach ensures accurate diagnosis of mold problems and guides effective remediation strategies for residential properties.
Black Mold Removal
Specialized removal of Stachybotrys chartarum (black mold) using protective gear and containment protocols. Our process eliminates mycotoxin contamination through HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatments, and structural repairs. We focus on high-risk areas like attics, basements, and water-damaged zones to prevent health hazards from toxic mold exposure.
Water Damage Services
Emergency water extraction and drying services prevent mold growth after flooding or leaks. Our technicians use industrial dehumidifiers and moisture detection equipment to restore properties to pre-loss conditions. We address both visible water damage and hidden moisture in walls and flooring to eliminate mold growth conditions.
Emergency Mold Inspection
Immediate response service for urgent mold concerns. Our on-call technicians perform rapid assessments of suspected mold issues, using thermal imaging and moisture testing to identify hidden growth. This urgent service helps prevent health risks and property damage from undetected mold infestations in residential settings.
