Basement Waterproofing
Interior waterproofing systems prevent basement flooding through foundation crack sealing, vapor barriers, and drainage channels. Our patented methods address hydrostatic pressure and efflorescence issues while preserving structural integrity. Systems include lifetime warranties and come with free moisture assessments.
Sump Pumps
Installation and repair of primary and backup sump pump systems that discharge water away from foundations. Our systems use corrosion-resistant materials and include battery backups for uninterrupted operation during power outages, with annual maintenance programs available.
French Drains
Exterior French drain installation using PVC piping and gravel systems to redirect surface water away from foundations. We guarantee proper grading and use root-resistant materials for long-term performance, with options for both residential and commercial properties.
Foundation Repair
Comprehensive foundation stabilization using wall anchors and carbon fiber supports to fix bowing walls and cracked foundations. Our engineers assess soil pressure and hydrostatic factors to implement permanent solutions that restore structural integrity and prevent future damage.
Downspout Lines
Professional downspout installation and repair services that prevent water accumulation near foundations. We use seamless aluminum systems with extended drip paths and underground PVC conduits to ensure proper water diversion from building perimeters.

Excellent company run by honest and experienced people. I would highly recommend Wise Waterproofing for all your basement / waterproofing needs. We had, what we thought was a serious issue in our basement. I contacted Wise Waterproofing and the owner, DJ Wise, was at my home the next day at 6 am! he quickly identified the issue as a faulty sup pump, and by 10 am that same morning the pump was replaced, and our issues resolved.
They are a very honest people; they did not try to sell me on expensive solutions or things I did not need to solve my issues. Give them a call, you will be pleased with their honesty, prompt response and quality service.

DJ came and did an assessment for us. He was very professional and honest with us about what we needed and pushed us in the best direction to go even if it wasn't the most financially lucrative for him. Wish more business owners were like him! Would recommend him to anyone.

So DJ (the owner) came out due to some basement issues and water issues in our yard. He was very honest, straight forward and professional. He explained the science behind the issues. He alleviated some fears about our basement walls. He informed us that the issues we presented were not emergent and he gave us peace of mind! We would highly recommend his services. His estimate to fix our issues was again honest and not inflated like the other quotes we received. Also he indicated we could wait to address the issues and save some money to address them.

DJ came out to inspect my basement. He looked at the problem and was able to give me a quote for what the waterproofing would entail. He also said that if I fix an underlying problem I probably didnt need waterproofing at all. He was correct and it saved me a tremendous amount of money time and frustration. I would recommend him highly.

Wise Waterproofing did an excellent job on our basement. Owner, DJ is an exceedingly knowledgeable proprietor whose intention is to assist you in making an informed decision with regard to your waterproofing needs rather than attempting to sell you gratuitous services. This organization is both professional and efficient. Wise is undoubtedly a wise choice.
