I recently purchased my first home a couple of weeks ago, I went with Grant Menard to help me in the process, and Grant is the best out there, Grant made the process as easy and stress free as possible, he got everything done in a timely manner and made sure to explain everything he did and made sure I understood every little thing as we went on. Grant was my mortgage broker on my first purchased multi-family home. His knowledge of the market trends and intricacy was straight forward and to the point. Recently I attempted to refinance my primary residence through two other organizations over a 7-month period that both resulted in being unsuccessful. Then I reached out to Onshore Mortgage. Grant explained in elaborate detail what was required from start to finish, why it was required and when we would close. I was nervous because of the two previous failed attempts.
