I cannot complain my fiance and I needed a roof and we needed to cut our UI bill in half. They took great care of us. They explained everything too us thoroughly and there were no hidden fees or sketchiness. When the guys came to do our roof they cleaned our gutters and changed out plywood at no additional cost I was very surprised because most companies give a invoice for extra services. They even check up on us to see how we are doing.
I would seriously recommend Prime to anyone who is interested in saving money and being apart of what our new world is. Just take a look around for yourself. Solar panels are in every neighborhood but its your choice to make. If I were you I would choose now. 10yrs from now it will be more expensive.

Where do I start. Eddie was amazing amazing part of our decision making. My husband is a person that needs to think things through before making any decisions and Eddie answered every single question without us feeling pressured to make a decision then and there. I was looking for a new roof for my house, and I was recommended by a friend to Prime Solar because of the roof incentive they give. I talked with Dan Wilson, a representative who came over with Eddie who is one of the managers. We talked about how much the roof would cost and we set up a meeting. When they came, they gave me an offer I could not refuse, they offered a solar deal that included a low cost roof.
They were very knowledgeable about the product and were respectful. They were so good that I had to recommend a friend! Service was quick and easy and they were there through the whole process. If anyone in the Fairfield area needs panels or roofing done, call them!

Very happy with this company and the work that they did! Having solar saved me a ton of money on my UI bill. I went from paying $300 monthly to $30. Customer service is incredible also. Had issue with solar and technician came in 2 days to resolve issue. Highly recommend prime energy solar!
