This summer, August 2023, we remodeled the kitchen in our 100 year home. We had a clear idea of what we wanted, however, working with Lisle from Airy kitchens allowed us to maximize the utility of the space. Lisle was amazing to work with: responsive, enthusiastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. While we managed the execution of the space ourselves, getting the project scope and sequence, design plans and material list was absolutely invaluable. I would absolutely recommend Airy Kitchens!

We hired Airy Kitchens to help design a new kitchen for our home in Mt Airy. We typically do all design ourselves but with a major redo needed we decided to tap professionals to bring an outside perspective. Not having worked with a design firm previously we didn't really know what to expect. From the first meeting the Airy Kitchens team made the process easy, getting to know how we use the current space and what we liked (which was easy - nothing) and didn't like (everything).

They provided several layout options for the space that included some layouts we definitely would not have thought of. Next came the visual design portion and it was fun to walk through the options in their local showroom. We had a good sense of the colors and materials we wanted and they were able to take that and really create the space that we envisioned. Due to budget we opted not to have Airy Kitchens handle project management and we utilized our own contractors that we had done work with previously. The end result was a beautiful and functional kitchen.

After 7 years in our home, we finally decided to bite the bullet and renovate our kitchen. Knowing we needed to take down a wall and rework the layout, we realized we needed to hire a professional designer. We worked with Sean at Airy Kitchens, and he came up with a beautiful design that we instantly fell in love with. He even created solutions to problems we didn't even know we had. He worked with us on various rounds of layouts to tweak colors, tiles, appliances, and budget.

And we were left with a design that was true to our home and our lifestyle. While we already had a contractor in place, we ordered cabinets through Airy Kitchens. Lisle was so great in working on the estimate and cabinet order. When some of our cabinets came in damaged, Lisle was friendly and helpful at getting them fixed quickly, so that we were kept on our timeline. Overall, Sean and the team were a pleasure to work with, and we now have our dream kitchen. I highly recommend Airy Kitchens.

Working with Sean and the whole team at Airy Kitchens for our kitchen remodel was an absolute pleasure! They were thorough in asking questions to make sure they understood what we wanted, and also to understand what design and functionality would make the most sense for our family. Their designs were amazing and they patiently worked with us through iterations until we had exactly what we wanted.

They brought in great contractors to do the work and kept us updated on the contractors' schedule. We couldn't be happier with the results and are already thinking about the next project we can work on with Airy! Highly recommend!

Airy Kitchens provided us with a full-service kitchen remodel - from design to contractor management - on a big project that included removing some walls and a total redesign. They have a lovely design aesthetic that is both modern but also fits with the classic character of our 100 year old home. They make the remodel process easy for the homeowner - we were not overwhelmed with decisions or details, and ended up with a kitchen that we absolutely love.

I worked with Lisle at Airy Kitchens to design my South Philly row house kitchen renovation and the whole process was amazing! Lisle took time to understand my needs, wants, and to get a sense of who I was as a person and my style. She was able to create a functional and beautiful kitchen design for me. Small personal touches are what really sold me on the design; Lisle included a place for my dogs water and food bowls and tons of cabinet organizers to fit my specific needs! Visiting the Airy Kitchen show room gave me a chance to fall in love with the materials. (Look them up on Instagram and you will see how beautiful their cabinets are!) It was important to me that things be made in the USA and in PA whenever possible. Lisle understood how important this was and was able to find local vendors from in state for many of my materials. Lisle was also able to incorporate my feedback and provide alternatives when I wasn't feeling excited about a material or layout option.

I really appreciated her flexibility and commitment to making sure I loved my kitchen design. If you're looking for a designer for your kitchen, I highly recommend reaching out to Airy Kitchens and Lisle! My kitchen will be finished in August and I plan to share pictures of the final results!

We used Airy Kitchens to remodel our kitchen last year and have been thrilled with the results (especially spending so much time cooking at home this past year with the pandemic!). We had just a galley kitchen before but Sean was able to envision expanding the kitchen into an adjacent room that didn't have a clear purpose. Our 100 year old home ended up having a lot of hidden surprises during demolition so we were really glad we had Martin to manage the project and help us deal with those challenges. Overall the team is just a pleasure to work with!

Airy Kitchens lives up to their motto in so many ways. Even while doing the dishes, our new kitchen makes me so happy! Sean's innovative and intuitive design yielded a kitchen that really feels like our family. Martin's diplomatic project management and impeccable communication made the process efficient and fun. They worked with us to maintain the character of our old home and make it a warm place where friends and family can comfortably gather.

My husband and I worked with Airy kitchens to create a design for my living room and dining room space. The designer was very knowledgeable and helped me create a space that looks great and works with my kind of tricky, hard-to-figure-out space and budget limitations. They really put a lot of detail into their work. I'm so in love with the result. It really feels like our style and vibe, but they brought so many great ideas that we never would have thought of. Thank you Thank you AK.

We did an extensive kitchen renovation: knocking down walls, reimagining the layout, fixing underlying insulation and plumbing issues - while replacing almost everything. Airy Kitchens was a tremendous help in designing and managing the project from start to finish. Sean worked with us through several design iterations as well as the details of materials and fixtures. We had great options for contractors and Martin's project management kept everything on track.

As issues and questions arose, the team maintained open and clear communication to collaborate around challenges. I would recommend Airy Kitchens for similar (or other projects). They were great to work with, and we love the results!

We highly highly recommend Sean from Airy Kitchens he redid our entire kitchen start to finish and did a phenomenal job. He was detailed, responsive and also handled all of the headaches (which weren't many) that came our way. Super nice and easy to work with but also very good at his job. We had a vision and he took it to the next level with his special touch and execution. Highly recommend!

After years of planning to have our kitchen remodeled, we had truly gone over the many options we had as to how to approach it. Happy to say that hiring Sean, Martin, and Airy Kitchens proved to be not only the most convenient answer, but also the most impactful by far, as the results truly exceeded our expectations. The planning and design process was highlighted by incredibly thoughtful approach from Sean where he worked hard to deliver what we were looking for within the budget we identified for the project. Martin managed the project with a personal touch, and the contractors involved were truly exceptional.

Most importantly, however, the results were thrilling. We love everything about our kitchen, and couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Airy Kitchens. We've already recommended them to friends, and quite enthusiastically recommend them to anyone reading this.

What an amazing experience! This company has vision! We highly recommend them to transform your kitchen!

We have worked with Sean Lewis & Airy Kitchens on two projects and cannot recommend him enough! He has a great ability to get to know his clients, anticipate their needs and make painless adjustments on the fly. He as a great vision for both indoor and outdoor spaces and knows how to manage to a budget. He has a great sense of color, space and materials. He works quickly and efficiently and is always super responsive. Don't hesitate to call Sean & Airy kitchens for your next project, he will not disappoint!

When my husband and I were planning to renovate the downstairs of our 1850 farmhouse, we asked Sean to give us guidance and advice on renovating our 1990s galley kitchen. Sean was a total pleasure to work with -- extremely responsive and professional. He went above and beyond, inviting us to his home to see his beautiful kitchen in Mt. Airy and to talk us through the kitchen renovation process. We would definitely recommend Sean and Airy Kitchens to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen space.

We are thrilled with our kitchen and powder room and we recommend Sean, Martin and the Airy Kitchen team very highly. We wanted rooms that are creative -- not cookie cutter -- as well as highly functional and of very high quality. We also wanted a kitchen that, as much as possible, looks less like a kitchen and more like a regular room. Sean came through beautifully, and now I wish the living room looked more like the kitchen! Sean created a kitchen and powder room that integrate beautifully and seamlessly into our open floor plan. The design details, both large and small, are exquisite. Sean and project manager Martin were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Top rate.

Incredibly professional, beautiful design, great communication - we could not have managed our kitchen renovation without them.

Sean, from Airy Kitchens, designed and was project manager for my kitchen project. He was very responsive to what I wanted, and helped me get the Mediterranean/vintage/modern eclectic vibe I was going for. He is smart and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He gave us some great design ideas - elements I would never have thought of or considered, and did several excellent renderings, yet was always open to my ideas and tastes.

As project manager, he quickly engaged a contractor at a very reasonable cost. The project took 4 weeks, which I think must be record time for finishing a kitchen. If there was a problem or concern, I went to him, and he dealt directly with the contractor, so that any design or quality concerns I had were dealt with by him and saved me the stress of constantly overseeing the contractor. He was consistently responsive, getting back to me by email the same or next day.

Even while I was away on vacation, he was in touch and kept me in the loop, checking in about details that came up. And he was always pleasant and easy to work with. He planned the project with me, face to face, and visited the project many times during the construction project. As a designer, he helped me make decisions quickly which I would have agonized over had I been working only with a contractor. I highly recommend the services of Airy Kitchens.

We hired Airy Kitchens to design and manage our kitchen remodel. Sean Lewis presented unique and interesting ideas resulting in a spectacular end result. We would have never had the nerve to choose and follow through on some of the items he selected but we had complete faith in his style and design sense and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Airy Kitchens for design and project management. Sean is very professional, reliable, daring and always has the filter of the customer first. We highly recommend Airy Kitchens and would utilize them for future projects.

I loved working with Sean and the Airy Kitchen team. They have a great sense of style, combining modern sensibilities with a respect for existing structures. The attention to detail and materials used were excellent. They aren't afraid of color either! I loved the colors they chose, and how they made the space fun without feeling overwhelmed by green. Working with Airy Kitchens was easy and fun. Nice people, great design!
