Called KSB Electric when a winter storm came through and my wires attached to the house came down. Kevin responded back to me the same I called. Came over the same day to look things over and set a date for repairs to be done AND was here that day. Very professional, courteous and explained everything so I would understand. Highly recommend KSB and will be using them again in the near future. Thanks again guys!

Great guys, very nice and professional. Had some old outlets I was concerned with and contacted Kevin to replace all outlets and switches for piece of mind so I know everything is done right. They came in and knocked everything out in a few hours. They were even able to add an outlet in my bathroom that didn't have one before. That wasn't even in my original ask as I figured that was a big job, but was a suggestion when they looked everything over before starting work.

Even with more work done the total cost ended up lower than the actual over the phone estimate. Obviously over the phone they have no idea the condition of things so probably aim on the high end just in case, but other companies would probably just pocket the difference. I have a couple other electric projects that I want to do in the next few months and I plan to use KSB for those as well.

Kevin was at my property to run electrical for AC and found a couple issues on the outside of my house that I had no clue were going on. He was very polite and walked me through his concerns and didn't pressure me at all to use them but that I really should address it soon. I used them for the job and am very happy with the results. I appreciate the attention to detail he had that caught the issues before a bigger problem happened.

Kevin has the utmost integrity and work ethics. Not only did he fixed what we thought was the only 3 things needed repaired by what a prior electrician failed to do but he went thru the entire kitchen and dining room and made everything right. Kevin's work is thorough and leaves you feeling happy and safe in your own home! Can't thank him enough. A job well done!
