I used New Era Roofing Concepts Inc for some work on my flat roof garage after I had a leak. John turned up and immediate found the issue. He gave me an exact quote and completed the job in super fast time. I was so happy I've already recommended him to other family members

We had a roof leak last year and we hired two contractors to come out and fix it. Nobody was able to fix it, our roof would start leaking after a couple months, Eber repaired the roof 2 years ago and it hasn't leaked. I will be hiring New Era Roofing Concepts to replace my roof this year. Extremely reliable company, thank you to New Era Roofing!

We needed to have our eaves reattached to our home and wanted a reliable company to do the work. Estimates and appointment set up was conveniently done through email. The repair was done quickly and the work crew was polite and friendly. I would most definitely recommend and use again if need be.

New Era roofing was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Eber was able to come out and give a estimate for all repairs needed with a estimate the same day. I called 6 different roofing companies with little to no response and day to three days later with a estimate. Felix who was the roofing employee that completed the work was amazing! Very communicative with pictures and explanations on the work that he will be doing and had it done in two days!
Quality work! Also forgot to mention once I had the funds ready to start the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days, amazing! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone looking to get some repairs done. Thanks again to Eber, Felix and New Era Roofing for everything!

New Era Roofing did an outstanding job with our re-roofing project. From the initial roof examination though the final install, everyone involved was professional and friendly and took all the time needed to answer any questions my wife and I had. There was no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment of our roof and detailed information of the materials to be used and work that was to be performed.
We received compliments on how the new roof looks as well as amazed the neighbors also complimented on how the workers thoroughly cleaned up around the house after the work was done. My wife and and I are extremely happy with the final results. We were so happy, we did not hesitate using them again for a project on our other house. New Era Roofing performs high quality work and has a team of people who really do care that you are satisfied.

New Era Roofing did a really good job. They are very thorough from start to finish. I have heard a lot of bad stories about roofers in general, but these guys did an excellent job. They came out several times to make sure every step of the process was done correctly. After the roof was installed they came out again to inspect and caught just a few minor things that the roofer came back out to fix. Very pleased and will recommend to others.

We had a great experience with New Era Roofing from getting a quick estimate(incredibly fair price compared to the other bids we received) and a quick timely turn around to completion of our roof repair. The receptionist, the scheduler, the roofers were all polite and professional and did a great job. All this rain we have been receiving we were worried the repair would be pushed out awhile, instead it was completed the first opportunity they had. I highly recommend New Era roofing for your roofing needs.
