After our tankless water heater broke due to a deep freeze Juan P was able to get out and see it the same day gave me a quote and they ordered it the next day. Scott C and another coworker installed a better tankless and even got in a tight crawl space to install a drain. Responsive and professional. Service: Water heater installation

The first of 5 companies to arrive to assess and quote the water leak in my front yard. The man was so polite, after stepping in the muddy yard, he took his shoes off before I even had to ask! I'm waiting on 4 other quotes, but if they're competitive, I'm choosing them based on this experience.

Highly recommend. Have used Plumbing Express multiple times. Always show up on time and do a great job. Recently had Robert install a sump pump and 2 ejector pumps, along with a repair to hot water tank. He was professional and also does a great job.

I called express plumbing on Sat morning and got scheduled for the same day. The technician, Diego, showed up only 3 hours after I made my call (this is what I call - express!) and right in the estimated time that the company provided to me. Diego was super professional and nice. He performed the services promptly and quickly. Additionally, he took his time to listen and gave me his suggestions. Everything is fixed within 1 hour. This is my first time using express plumbing and I know they will be the one I will call if I have any plumbing issue in the future!

My kitchen sink was leaking and I researched plumbing in my neighborhood and this company had excellent reviews. Their website allowed me to send an email with the issue at 9 o'clock at night. I was called at 7:30 AM the next morning to discuss and schedule an appointment. I received a text at 8:30am advising the technician was on his way and the issue was handled easily, quickly and professionally!

Friendly Jennifer answered my call & scheduled the appointment for the next day, per my request. The technician, Diego, arrived promptly at the scheduled time & diagnosed my problem as exactly what I already knew the issue to be. No "upsell" tactics or overselling. Service was quick and the job was done to the highest quality standards. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and quickness of the installation of my ejector pump. I would highly recommend this company.
