Andrew was pleasant & responsive, by phone & in person. His staff (2 women) were attentive, careful, meticulous, and extraordinarily patient. After undergoing 3 months of bathroom renovation, our 1100 s.f. apartment was COVERED in a layer of fine dust. No matter how often we dusted, ourselves, we simply could not rid our home of the "infestation." The cleaners spent more than 9 hours in our home, giving us the floor-to-ceiling deep cleaning that we needed. By the time they left, there were no remnants of the construction mess. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience & I would recommend Luxury Cleaning to anyone.

This is the best cleaning place in NYC, hands down! I live in a studio on the UES on 86th street. I've had a few bad apples here, but they still do a good enough job to where I felt my money was well spent. Overall, I get the BEST cleaning services from them. Great service. Can call or text them at all hours and they can usually accommodate me for same week services. Have tried two different maids from the company and both have been great - friendly and hard working. Unfortunate they they are increasing prices by 33% - will have to look elsewhere for cleaning going forward given the steep increase.

Now normally the food snoot reviews food (obviously) however the essence of good food or indeed anything worth reviewing is the human energy behind the product or service. In this case I can say that my experience from scheduling to rescheduling (based on my needs) to prompt and friendly and thorough cleaning far exceeds expectations. The apartment shimmers! Luxury house cleaning new york city have been a great addition to us. Their staff is always on time and has great customer service. They work hard and a are willing to help out in any situation. Whenever we have emergency situations where extra cleaners are needed, LuxuryCleaning sends staff to us right away. During Hurricane Sandy, LuxuryCleaning stationed workers in our facilities around NYC overrnight in case immediate clean up was necessary.

They have been a great company to work with and we look forward to working with them. If you have second thoughts, let them come in and test out their services at your business/ home. You won't regret it!
