Roof Coatings
Our premium elastomeric roof coatings use a 12-step process with Tucson Rubberized Coatings' materials to extend roof lifespan. Ideal for flat or low-slope roofs, this service includes debris removal, pressure washing, crack sealing, and two-coat application. The reflective coating reduces energy costs by deflecting solar heat while preventing leaks from scuppers and penetrations.
Tile Roof Repairs
Specializing in concrete, clay, and slate tiles, we address cracked tiles, damaged underlayment, and mortar cap issues. Our Tile Roofing Industry Alliance-certified team performs precise repairs using 30-year peel-and-stick underlayment. Services include replacing broken tiles, sealing parapet cracks, and reinforcing drip edges to maintain structural integrity in Tucson's climate.
Shingle Roof Replacements
We install architectural shingles from Owens Corning, GAF, and TAMKO with synthetic underlayment for 25-30 year durability. Our process includes complete tear-off, decking inspection, and ridge vent installation. Class 4 impact-resistant options protect against hail, while solar-reflective shingles reduce cooling costs in Arizona's heat.
Emergency Roof Repairs
Available for immediate response to storm damage, leaks, and structural threats. Our team secures properties with tarping, replaces missing shingles, and repairs skylight seals within hours. Certified technicians handle all roof types, providing temporary fixes and permanent solutions to prevent mold growth and water damage.
Roof Inspections
Comprehensive inspections identify granule loss, curling shingles, and coating degradation across all roof types. We provide same-day photo reports detailing necessary repairs or replacements. Annual inspections recommended for tile roofs and pre-warranty checks ensure long-term performance with free follow-up evaluations.

When we purchased our home with a flat roof in the foothills, we inherited just about every issue imaginable. Cody and Danny, however, were not intimidated and addressed each problem with confidence and skill. They are true craftsmen, and I appreciate them treating my home as if it were their own. The cost was very fair considering the effort, time and materials required to complete the job right, and the results speak for themselves. I finally can exhale knowing that my roof is in great shape for the next several years at least, and I will not hesitate to use DSR again when the time comes for future maintenance.

Desert Sky Roofing: What a great company! This one of the most professional, prompt and courteous companies I have delt with in a long time. They are the exception not the rule in this day and age. Bill, the owner inspected my roof, gave me a quote and completed the job within a three week period. This was much, much quicker than other companies I had talked to. His price was very reasonable. He was referred by Son who had his roof resealed several weeks earlier.
Will and Xavier were the two young men that did my job. They were very courteous, respectful and Harding working. I will be recommend them to everyone I know that needs roof work. Thank you Bill, Will and Xavier

Could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend. They communicated well throughout the process. We had a house and cabana and the cabana had some bad damage. The team lead Sergio did a great job of communication and addressed my wife's concerns. They not only did a great job on the roofs but also their clean up was perfect. Good company and they give a military discount!

I was in need of a roof re-coat and after researching numerous companies, I requested quotes from five roofing contractors in Tucson. Desert Sky Roofing was the most prompt, efficient and thorough company to quote the job AND they were also the least expensive. My decision to hire DSR was not based just on price, but how professional and thorough they were with their communication and job scope presentation.
After signing the contract, they were at the house and completed the job within 10 days. The job foreman, Will, was awesome! He kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Bill, Will, and the office staff are absolute professionals. After such a wonderful experience, I recommended DSR to my dad, who has been equally as impressed as I was. DSR won his business as well. I highly recommend Desert Sky Roofing.

Bill, Justin and William really do bring honesty, integrity and quality back to roofing. Excellent in every way, from first communication to finished roof recoat. Special thanks to Justin and William, they're great people that do meticulous work in a difficult and dangerous business. I hired Justin back on a time and materials contract to coat my Bushman rainwater tanks. He's a superb painter and craftsman, and he takes care of prep and details to make everything perfect. These guys are my go-to for roofing now. Five stars and thanks!

They repaired our roof, then Affordable Seamless Roofing replaced damaged gutters - all from the July 2022 hailstorm. Then an edge piece of roofing fell away during gutter work, and Justin returned at no cost, fixed it even knowing the damage wasn't theirs.that it was a home-made fix from years earlier that the roofers could not have seen when here before the gutter guys. GREAT COMPANY and GOOD PEOPLE! Came recommended by two neighbors.
