A small practice with a BIG heart. Dr. Smith does 1-day crowns and implants as well as all the regular procedures. I really enjoyed working with them from the beginning. They accommodated my communication preference via email and answered my questions and confirmed my insurance benefits quickly and easily. I was able to complete all required paperwork online so I didn't have to come in early to complete it prior to my appointment. My wait time was extremely short. I loved my hygienist, Holly, whom was so pleasant to chat with and recommended a very neat item to help maintain my implants.

I inquired of costs for future services and Sean was able to quickly get me estimates and discuss them. The implants and replacement hardware i have aren't the brand that they use and they're ordering supplies for me so that I'm able to get updates as I need them and stay consistent with replacement pieces that align with the implants that I have. They made me feel comfortable and welcome by being personable and I really appreciated that. So glad they're who I chose to give my business to!

I hate going to the dentist as most people do. But my husband had dental work done here; so I sat and observed. Shane, Holly and Tarra treated my husband as if he was family. Having said that. It made it easy for me to get into the chair; not to mention a little push from Tarra. I'm glad I did. Love them all, including Merry and Sean at the front desk.
